Absolutely loved the Kamihate sequence at the beginning. Suzuki really enjoys drawing the most bizarre fight sequences lol

Let's see what Heisuke's resolve is made out of. Kamihate should be way stronger, but Heisuke will probably earn his respect somehow
Heisuke getting more fights makes me really happy

hahahahahahaha Lu’s next right you guys?!?!!? :emohiyo:
Lu relevance copium will never die!

I'm somewhat unhappy with the chapter.... I mean, the snipers' duel is cool, but to be honest, it all seems like dragging the plot to me. Plus I'd prefer Kamihate either being a new recruit or being mentioned earlier, otherwise it kinda feels like a retcon.
We knew there were other Order member from the get go, so I don't see why Kamihate would be a retcon.

However, if you just don't like it then it is what it is. Different strokes for different folks

If you don't read it weekly it won't seem dragged at all.

Not a fan of Kamihate's personality. SD recently has been boring me. It felt like it went downhill with Rion reveal. Just very hard to enjoy this manga. Plot feels dragged and characters seem to be getting worse. I know a lot of yall wont agree with me lol. But yh....

I kinda liked it more pre-Rion arc (the flashback was dope though).

But I'm not sure if it's because I caught up and have to read weekly or I overall find the manga less fun. I don't like some new characters like Kumanomi, am not sure I am happy with the Slur multiple personalities twist, but Sakamoto can still deliver.

Good chapter. I didn't expect the gang to fight Kamihate to get the ticket, but if Heisuke takes care of this to develop his character,it will be welcome.
This is one of the things that makes SD better than OP: The protagonist does not have a overbearing presence in the story. The cast is well-rounded,and the author makes the most of every character.

Well, some of the characters still get a short stick (like Lu), but I like that Sakamoto is not too OP, and usually it's a team work.

I completely agree with you. The manga has been going downhill since Rion reveal (this chapter was good though)

The Hana chap was so unnesscary, especially since Reindeer barely revealed anything. As well as the fact that we dont even know if Slur is a villain or a person who needs saving. It also feels like the authors drags out the pre-arc stuff but when it comes to the arcs themselves he rushes it. Of course this problem is only with before, during and after Thailand arc. Before the manga was really good.

Trust me everything before the end of the Flashback arc was a blast to read weekly. As soon as we got to present day....the chaps have been going downhill.

There is just so many things that occured that annoys me.

- Hyo's death (dude barely got anything)
- Rushing his relationship with Heisuke
- Rion reveal
- Akira going back to soft mode and us not seeing much of her "dark" development
- Thailand arc rush
- Reindeer becoming a good guy
- New arc feels like Slur wont even go down there

---
Lmao you know the writing is going bad when your not even hyped to see The Order or its new members.

I don't mind tragic villains (although Slur was more interesting with 2 personalities, evil and conflicted one), and since it's shounen some bad-gone-good characters are expected, but the rest of your criticism is on point. With Uzuki absorbing personalities twist it became the bad kind of weird. Sometimes less is more.
