No intel Zoro cuts Kakuzu, kills him, but doesn't realize he has 5 lives. Kakuzu revives with Domu activated.

Is what I would have said but then I realized Kakuzu is black, that extra motivation against an inferior opponent means Kakuzu doesn't stand a chance.
