I mean I'm ok with it. Tbh sanji and zoro have only ever defeated punks in the gran scheme of things. Sanji beating Lucchi and Zoro beating like Weeble would be good development. But tbhthe wg/marines need some more powerhouse on their side to make them even seem like a threat. Luffy's crew basically took down 2 yonkous. The sehparim are cool but Boa's response to jenbe shows you that they will be on Luffys side sooner or later.

I'm hoping the wg has some more strong fighters outside of the navy. There should def be some yet to be introduced powerhouses coming from some of those celestial dragon families

You don't really. Think Luffy needed g5 to take out Lucci when he was giving kaido a hard time in base...that was clearly put in there by oda for 1 vegapunk to see it and explain dfs.

If Luffy beats Lucci without going G5 the next time around, let me know. Otherwise, no one can convince me Luffy can beat current Lucci without G5, because even the manga shows Luffy going G5 to beat current Lucci.

Those ones you mentioned were something to expect, at least back in the day

You can't call other people bad at calling match ups when you believed Zoro would kill the main villain of an arc

You can't call other people bad at calling match ups when you believed Zoro would kill the main villain of an arc

We called Zoro vs King, Kaido, Zoro Conquerors Haki, Shimotsuki Zoro & Ryuma Ties
Forget ZKK, we got a bulk of what we wanted. King ended up stronger than expected of a Zoro fight & more relevant to the endgame then we'd hope for as well.

Also, imo Seraphim fights will not be complete.

Technically Oda should not have them washed on their introductory arc.
I'll give you your props if they both manage to defeat S-Shark/Hawk singlehandedly
