You should put a time limit on the poll @Orojackson Refugee
Sanji will probably get some unique power up that is comparable to ACoC.
ACoC only seems to have offensive and defensive capabilities. It doesn't boost speed. Sanji's last 2 power ups, the raid suit and then his genetic modifications, have boosted his speed.
I presume his next power up will give him such a high tier of a speed, that he is able to compete with ACoC users. Which is fair since plot will probably require him to beat someone stronger than current Zoro.

Dread it, run from it; Sanji becoming a top tier still arrives. But it's rich to see people bring out a grocery list of conditions for Sanji but their reasoning for King being a Coc user was because "Katakuri had it", " Zoro Coc clash" and my favorite " HIS NAME IS KING"; which the fandom of course accepted as a good enough reason for King to have it but Sanji being a future legend who will definitely achieve more than characters like Kat, Doffy and Chinjao apparently isn't enough of a reason. But Ussop has a higher chance......but Coc user>non Coc user?.......so Ussop>Sanji?......shits not adding up guys, back to the drawing board.
