We have very clear two classes of right-hand men in the OP world:
-Upper-class right-hand man: Rayleigh, Benn Beckman, Macro
-Lower class right-hand man: King, Katakuri, Shiryu of the Rain
What does it matter?
Upper class:
-High IQ (3/3)
-Look like a nice guy, and don't obsess with power (3/3)
-Relatively long hair(2/3)
-Have sth special with girls (2/3),
-Smoking (1/3)
=>Oda makes it all the way to Sanji obviously
Lower class:
-Relatively low IQ (2/3)
-Look like a gangster (3/3)
-Obsess with power or never lose (3/3)
-Short stupid hair (2/3)
-Using swords (2/3)
-No smoking (2/3)
=>I don't need to say they looks like who, you can guess
