Has to be Meme. Let's go over all her feats.
- Literally loses her mind.
- One of her strongest weapons ditched her for a low tier (Nami).
- Gets blitzed by a mid tier (Brook).
- Fails to destroy a low tier with an enraged attack (King Baum).
- Gets blocked by a low tier (Chopper).
- Gets bitch slapped by a low high tier (Jinbe).
- Gets neg diffed by a high tier (King).
- Gets mid diffed by a high tier (Queen).
- Bound up and transported like a wild animal.
- Her best DC feat is shat on by two low high tiers (DR Zoro and Law).

if anything Posthawk is the worst character...

has nothing to do with the story
he is just there only to be defeated by Zoro...
he is a disgrace to top tiers...if there is no WSS title, people will hardly consider him as a top tier....
BigMom had her embarrassing moments but still multidimensional character and relevant to the story than one dimensional character Posthawk...
As for Sanji, no.... he has good character development.....people overlooked his character growth because of the so called L's he took while being a hype tool to main villains in the respective arcs....
only people who hates him won't see his development and makes a thread like this

Thatβs kinda a tuffy. I mean Oda gave Sanji dick brothers & a devil Dad. But he also put him on the SHs.
While Oda did make Linlin a super powerful juggernaut & an awesome army/family, he also made her a hunger beast with a weird theme & he did her no favors by making her initials BM.

Zoro
He promised to gather the samurai for Luffy and failed.
He fought for more than 20 chapters to find Shusui and he hasn't found it yet.
He let Gyukimaru escape, almost losing forever a massive amount of swords without whom it would have been impossible to win the war. Only Kawamatsu casual appearance saved him from ruining everything.
He fainted from a single blow on the shoulder.
He failed to even see Kyoshiro sweat.
He received a PU to keep up with a cook after years and years of training, 2 of which with his EOS version.
Hawkins hurt him.
His fear of naked man has just been shown up.
Sanji escaped from an emperor without even fighting seriously and Big Mom just formed the greatest crew in the world. They are leagues above Zoro

Mihawk can only play a role once the Warlord title is gone .
Oda purposefully makes Mihawk give an impression or idea of the situation of the world so he's watching how the waves are changing in this new era, that's enough relevance tbh.
I mean Oda played well tbh he's a endgame character so revealing stuff too early would be kinda dumb others characters will fall before him so it's normal to know about them before such.
