Powers & Abilities Sanji shouldn’t get ACoC ( I say this as a Sanji fan)

This is really the crux of the problem.
I don’t especially like Sanji getting CoC, but I think it is genuinely terrible that ACoC looks to be an absolute necessity in order to defeat what is in the grand scheme C tier villains like the Holy Knights. More for what it means for the rest of the crew than it does Sanji.

Bounties are just a pattern to tell what rank they are. Luffy was nowhere closer to 1.5B lol.

King and queen were never portrayed as near equal lol. Queen himself said they can't beat the king.

Giving Sanji and Zoro CoC looks like a shortcut to me.
Oda could have fleshed out CoA and CoO way more and add higher layers, higher amptitude to it, combining with Sanji's exoskeleton or Zoro's Black Blades.
Everything comming down and being reduced to CoC looks like Oda's way to shortcut the evolution of the powersystems in One Piece.
Nevertheless, I trust Oda in shortcutting this, else we would roughly have a few months of extra chapters to flesh out potential new power ups for Sanji and Zoro.
Also what I am saying is just speculative, this are just some feels/assumptions I have on this.

Okay but even Kidd and Law's bounties make some sense. They defeated Big Mom and Luffy defeated Kaido, and since they're a team they each got the bounties of Big Mom and Kaido split between them. So they each got 3B. Does it make sense that they got 3B despite not being on that level powerlevel wise? No, but the actual reasoning for it in verse is fair imo.
Not that it matters, though, Oda is very deliberate with his scaling when it comes to Zoro, Sanji, and their arc opponents. When King and Queen have nearly equal bounties while being in the exact same crew with the exact same role (both are Calamities), you can't help but think that Oda did that intentionally. Not to mention Zoro saying that both are going to be very tough to get past not making a difference between Queen and King in terms of power. Unless you think he'd say that if it were WsW and King fighting together lol

I'm also on power of love team rather than acoc.
For one, acoc just looks boring. It's just black sparks, most can't even tell it's being used over coa haki since they look the same.
I'm already disappointed in ifrit jambe looking the same as diable jambe in a b/w manga. Oda added some sparks and called it a big upgrade after 700 chapters.
