Powers & Abilities Sanji shouldn’t get ACoC ( I say this as a Sanji fan)

You’re the one saying something that wasn’t even in the manga is a gag lmao.
Because it is lmao. In no universe is the Queen closer to the King lol.
Being revealed in Databook/Sbs/Vivre card or manga. Has nothing to do with which has more gag or not, lmao.

It's almost as if Shiroyu is coping with Shanks as a marksman.

In this universe lmao

It’s clear the bounty was not written as a gag lmao that’s just your cope
Yes ,
Zoro bounty - 1,111 - 11th November
Sanji boutny - 1,032 -

Based on their birthday, rest of people have bounty based on Numbers and connection to them.

But out of blue King and Queen bounty is just pure Power scaling.

For one, I do think he is above Sanji. It's just an extreme diff.
Two, Zoro stalling them briefly doesn't indicate that he could beat them in a 1v2. All he did was stop them from achieving their goals in a few brief clashes while neither sides were going all out.
We saw that, in a 1v1 against just one of them, he struggled and needed a new attack that was far more powerful than anything he ever used before to win against him. Obviously he'd lose a 1v2 against them based off that.
Which is why I brought up Marco, he stalled King and Queen momentarily but when he had a 1v1 with King he eventually gassed out and failed to do long lasting damage to him whatsoever. You can excuse him by saying he was already exhausted but the fact remains he lost hard in a fair 1v1.

He showed basic Conq Haki against King..
I disagree on everything...but it's not the topic.
Maybe some other time

Cool so what’s the gag for King and Queens? Zoros and Sanjis are their birthdays. What’s the king and queen's bounty joke?
I'm not Japanese lol.

But this is what AI has to say.
1. King – 1,390,000,000

39 → San-kyuu (サンキュー) = “Thank you” in English. Oda often uses 39 for “cool/edgy” characters.

13 → Seen as unlucky or ominous in both Western & Japanese pop culture → fits King’s dark, stoic, executioner-like vibe.

So King’s bounty might be a subtle cool + ominous code: “Thanks, unlucky death-man.”

Also, in goroawase 1-3-9 can be read as Hisan-kyuu, which fans sometimes link to “hisankyu” (悲惨級) meaning “catastrophic level” — which suits a Lunarian who burns everything.

---

2. Queen – 1,320,000,000

32 → San-ji in goroawase.

This is almost certainly a troll gag from Oda, since Queen’s whole fight in Wano revolves around mocking and battling Sanji.

The fact that it’s exactly in the middle of his bounty is pure “Oda humor” placement.

You gotta stop running to ai for every little thing. ai answers are not accurate half the time.

I just googled this cause I’m pretty sure it’s fake, and I can’t find any connection to “hisankyu”
:seriously:

Sanji getting CoC has always made sense. The problem comes with the watering down of what was introduced previously as a hype ability now becoming a pre requesite to even be able to fight people.
Brother I’ve been saying this for the longest. I didn’t know you actually agreed.

Due to Lolda’s abysmal pacing, it seems we won’t get any payoff/answer to the whole Sanji CoC conundrum until after next year. But I want to make something very clear, I as a Sanji fan DO NOT want him to have CoC/ACoC.

Now, this is not because I don’t think he doesn’t have indomitable will ( based on his manic adherence to his chivalric code and refusal to break it) but because it shouldn’t have become so common and is a cheap narrative device.

Lolda instead of taking the easy way out and just giving everyone who is relevant CoC, should have put more effort into developing unique power systems. Now I’ll preface this by saying that if Oda gives Sanji CoC then it’s just lazy and uninspired - if he does (based on his recent track record to pull stuff out of his arse, is highly likely). Instead the power of love should be fleshed out, which will only make Sanji that much more special. This power would match who he is as a character. Sanji is different in that whilst he is a powerhouse, he isn’t actively trying to become a conqueror or dominate anyone. He’s like WB in a way, someone who wants to protect (stupidly WB was given CoC too)I think Ad.CoC is the single stupidest power introduced into this series and how it’s become a blanket to fight against esoteric abilities is so uninspiring.
Fake Sanji Fan!

I’ve always been for Sanji getting CoC. Narratively the abilities important for his character development. I always figured CoO killing would be a way better power for him of the CoC abilities and instead of overcrowding Sanjis combat panels with lightning effects oda should’ve kept Sanjis fire as his main AP boost
