wasn't he screaming and cracking his bones while queen gradually squeezed him? and the reason he was shocked against Vergo is coz sanji thought of him as a pushover (like mentioned in the anime)
but you are right it seems that he used it after his exoskeleton kicked in but he still broke brones and endured the squeeze didn't he.. and its not like the PU came up with a free stack of pain killers ye.. sanji is pretty stoic and resilient even after his bones break like using his cracked shin against an annoyed vergo..
so the pain tolerance is there and he did break numerous bones in the process.. basically what the thread is about

The point of this thread is that sanji endured pain of broking bones, not enduring pain.
Sanji felt the bullets from the fodders but it wasn't pain from from holes to his body.
Sanji felt pain when queen was slamming him to the walls but his head never broke a bone as we can see in those panels.
We cannot take those injuries as injuries to normal sanji because he was way past that.

Sanji and his siblings seems to have some sort of super strong yet like plasticine bones that can be dislocated but put back in their place with hitting and pulling.
You can tell by yonji's and sanji's face after they got hit that they just pull back their bones like it was just bend..

When sanji kicked the sh*t out of yonji, we see that yonji put his hand in a machine that was literally push, hit and pull yonji's head in order to return his head to normal.
In that scene we can see that germa family has no ordinary bones and whatever their bones are made of are like plasticine that you can squeeze, bend or whatever and return them to their original position using the exact same methods.
They don't have instant regeneration.

And he didnt faint from pain ? Sure he healed in a few seconds. But the pressure and pain Queen put him though surely wouldve made him go night night.

Still can't believe Oda made Sanji get totally dumpster by such a shitty move......He even had the guts to say Haki users wont get away from this attack...and then say Haki is all that matters
I think Oda just got the idea after watching justice league.
So he make sanji a new story line.
