I agree with you but CoC having attributes was mentioned in the Ace novel where Shanks mentioned Aces Conquerors haki felt like intense heat

That’s what the manga shows, Oda’s inconsistency with it ain’t my problem :wellwell:

On a more serious note. DJ isn’t some mystery like the OP was tryna make it out to be. We know how it came about. How DJ came about was blatantly friction related, afterwards its non-reliant on friction but it’s clearly not CoC related either, unless Oda is willing to ruin the haki system wholesale.

Im not saying it's CoC related. Friction however is equally retarded. Especially when his powers work like a DF. The spinning wasnt ever even stated to be for friction. It was probably the way for him to access the flames before he got better control over it.

Doesn’t have to be stated outright, its was pretty clear that the spinning generated heat. Sanji even says something along the lines of “a leg that has gained plenty of heat”. That doesn’t have to be spelled out for you any further. Regardless never said its entirely friction based but it isn’t some mystery that the OP was tryna prop up to be CoC related, we know how it came about.

Like I said...the spinning could’ve helped him access his flame power. But now he’s mastered it to the point he doesn’t need to spin. And since when does spinning cause flames for normal people. Zoro has spun many times....and he’s never caused flames.
