Zoro beating Big Mom and Sanji beating King would also mean Sanji fans could make fun of Zoro for beating someone who lost to the person Sanji beat.
Win-win situation.
Luffy beats Weakened Kaido (Strongest enemy and melee brawler)
Zoro beats Weakened Big Mom (2nd strongest enemy, swords(wo)man and woman... Zoro is the only M3 member who Oda allows to fight women)
Sanji beats King (3rd strongest enemy and kickman... flaming, flying kickman dressed in black)

I think Zoro will be in the Kaido fight too but i want him to have a 1v1 against a strong swordsman.
If Zoro does fight Queen I could see him no-selling a Brachio Bomber and saying only a weakling could get knocked out by that attack and then one-shotting him with Asura (remember BM took 2 hits to take him out and not permanently at that)
That would be enough to arguably put Asura Zoro at Low Yonko level or at least Admiral level.

Parallels between King and Marco cannot be ignored. Foreshadowing for Zoro vs King cannot be ignored. Even Perospero specifically named Luffy, King and Marco as 3 people he would not forgive/held a grudge against.

1- one simple kick using Hell Memories cooked a mountain sized opponent.
2- Even with a cracked shin goes toe to toe not losing an inch with Vergo(who can combine CoA and Tekkai similar to how Katakuri combine his hard moshi and CoA)
3- Tanked a meteor destroying move with his bare body from Doflamingo without much damage.
4- Doflamingo was forced to use Parasyte(a hax move that stopped Jozu a YC) to immobilize him.
5- One shotted a headline in Zou
6- Beat Yonji, an inhanced super human, off screan.
7- Judge was forced to use dirty tactics to deal with him and still didn't beat him.
8- Even distracted he could dodge FS user Katakuri.
9- Him and G3 Luffy blocked Big Mom.
10- Speed blitzed Oven.
11- Could tango with Daifuku's giant genie
12- Could lift a giant cake and jump with it before throwing it away like nothing with one leg.

When was it confirmed King is the strongest swordsman in Wano? King is not fire himself, he uses fire to just strengthen his attacks, just like Sanji. Oda has never put more importance to some members of the crew compared to others. Let me ask you, was Pica a swordsman? Was Mr. 1 a swordsman? Their forte was durability and Queen probably is the most durable person out there.

Lmfao Mr.1 could literally turn his body into a blade. Pica literally had a massive katana. Yes they were both swordsmen.
And you're forgetting a recurring theme of Zoro's fights. Trying to cut what cannot be cut. Against Mr.1 it was steel, against Pica it was a mountain/golem and against King it would be fire (which Zoro explicitly expressed interest in cutting)
Marco vs King makes infinitely more sense than Sanji vs King too. He's actually strong enough to fight him, they both have similar DF's, both knocking BM's ship down the waterfall and their positions among their respective crews.
