Current Events Sanji vs King or Zoro vs King? Pros and cons.

I think at this point Sanji is going to fight King in some format, whether it's a 1v1 or a 2v2 or something. Marco vs King would be pretty boring since he's pretty obviously stronger than him. As cool as the matchup is, and as much as I love Marco hype, I don't want to see King get trounced. Marco himself said he doesn't know what his role is yet, so I'm guessing his job will become apparent later. Maybe something to do with stopping Onigashima from falling. If the other Supernovas join the roof battle, that pretty much leaves Sanji, Jinbei, and Yamato to fight the Calamities.
It is strange how back in the beginning of Wano, everyone saying Zoro vs King would happen was a Zoro wanker, but now you’re a Zoro wanker if you say it’s not happening. Looks like wank isn’t a consistent notion and only depends on what fans want, you’re a wanker if you defy someone’s headcanon. So basically you’re always someone else’s wanker.
I don't really agree with your first sentence, Zoro vs King always made sense to most people. However they were indeed much less open minded to the possibility of Zoro fighting Kaido, especially Luffy and Sanji fans who were afraid their headcanon would fall apart.
But yes, we could argue that wank isn't always a consistent notion either. My post was about how the way fans perceive someone else's post depends on what they personally want. This wasn't a dig at Zoro fans so being defensive is unnecessary. I talked about Zoro fans' perception because I am myself a firm Zoro vs King believer since day 1.
This Z vs S thing is alienating everyone at this point, maybe it's time to stop thinking anyone who posts something about one of them fights for his faction. I know there's a ton of fans with a hidden agenda, but not everyone.

Well, he was right. To defeat a commander he needed the same power up Luffy is using against Kaido 
Even if you think Zoro's ACoC is weaker than Luffy's or less efficient due to Enma, the fact that he can use it puts him among the very strongest by Kaido's own words
I don't even think it's that farfetched to question whether or not even Luffy could have taken down King without ACoC
I don't think Zoro ACoC is weaker or non comparable to Luffy's. However, Zoro is slower than his captain, his CoO is far worse and he can't use CoC for a long period of time apparently.
Advanced CoC is a very strong ability possessed by the very strongest but Zoro lacks many other things. He had to use that power against King not because King was actually that strong of an opponent but because he had no fruit to awaken or to master, he is not a CoO specialist, advanced CoA sucks, and there wasn't a stronger sword around. Not to mention Oda loves to wank his favorite swords(man)

I don't think ACoC is a power-up like any other, it was hyped as something only a handful of the very strongest can use and it has lived up to that. Unlike FS, ACoC seems to clearly make a massive, massive difference in every fight.
Saying current Zoro is comparable to beginning of Wano Luffy just makes no sense, considering even pre-ACoC Zoro could do much more damage to Kaido than beginning of Wano Luffy.
Oda's biggest error in Wano. It ruined Enma's plotline, it made Chopper useless negating him a fight, it forced King to fight on land and, more importantly, it left us with no Sanji vs King.
No aerial fight.
No fire vs fire.
No King-Judge backstory.
No Lunarian vs Almost Lunarian (it's obvious at this point).
King was Sanji's Katakuri, he deserved him. We Sanji fans deserved him. And all of us lost a lot as readers. Zoro fans shoud be the most enraged after us, ZKK died the moment Zoro clashed with King.
