1) Queen actively injures himself meming around

I dont think you know the meaning of "actively".
And it was a matter of balance and narrative. Sanji was nerfed because of the changes in his body, making him unable to move properly, so that helped Queen taking him by surprise as well. So Oda compensated it with Queen shooting himself and letting Sanji go, also to show Sanji's new "regeneration" (not actual regeneration).

2) Queen admits he was holding back the whole time to see the raid suit

False.
Having other powers/skills and not using them doesnt mean he was holding back since other skills/abilities doesnt mean you are stronger with them than with other stuff.

3) Queen proceeds to get cheap shotted and taken out while he was simping for a prostitute

Either way he would be done since Sanji was too fast for him.

The fight is crap but because other things. Like only showing Germa's power 5 seconds before getting knocked out, Haki was "ethereal", hitting woman plot totally unnecessary, Sanji's powerup at this precise moment is forced and the powerup itself is kinda useless (the germa's one), weird/crappy choreography and action scenes, the drawing is kinda meh, a lot of wasted potential (Ice Oni on Queen himself, possible evil Sanji since he got the Germa's body, development of Haki).

Yea but there were instances of Queen actually putting up a fight, Who's Who never makes Jimbei struggle at all.

I think it would have been more satisfying had Oda had the balls to make Cook win on-panel against his dad and brothers back in WCI before one of them taking that female maid hostage and gang up on Cook, imo, especially since Queen's having German powers seemed like a last minute addition which contributed virtually nothing to his chance of winning since he got distracted by a girl almost right away.

Funnily enough, Queen represents what Sanji hated the most. His father, his brothers who hits woman. Sanji beating Queen is an indirect way of beating his family. Which is pretty ironic if you think about it.

It was definitely disappointing, mainly because of the bizarre Osome and mouse inclusion. It just detracts from everything that the choice to include it is so bizarre.

I had my misgivings from the start in terms of how the choreography would work, but it seems I was concerned about the wrong thing in the end. Who could have known that "random irrelevant character being inserted into fight" would even be a thing?

What Oda failed to understand here is Cook deserved so much more than indirectly beating his family, which is directly beating his family. Completely shutting him out of on-panel W against Yonji was unbelievably stupid, what followed with Germa was even stupider. Oda did Cook dirty and this is not even coming from a member of Cook FC.
