Theory Sanji will fight Akainu, Usopp will fight Ju Peter

I was looking for Enel image to post today and I came across chapter 260's color spread:

It reminded me a bit of the panel about Akainu discussing with the gorosei, they're also both smoking:

According to this Luffy and Zoro might face Saturn and Nusjuro respectively. Nami might face Mars and either Chooper, Robin or both Warcury, while Usopp fights Ju Peter (they both are plant related character, him being the head of agriculture, as some other theory says). Half the SHs seem too weak but who knows? Elbaf and Yasopp are coming soon. What do you think?

The city also looks like Mariejois a bit.

Aight but there isn't always a reason, like Zoro vs Pica, Lucci. Like, idk, Akainu is from North Blue so he may have some business with Germa too.

Akainu has narrative reasons to fight many other characters.

Sanji has a fitting opponent for him in Aramaki

He could fight any of: Issho, Kuzan, Luffy, Sabo, Dragon, etc etc

I am just proposing a theory. I agree that Aramaki has more points in common with Sanji, but Oda often ends up doing things unpredictably.
