Nothing in that source says anything about Yonkou. We don’t even have a clear timeline on when Shanks became a Yonkou or any real context to the duels he had with Mihawk. For all we know, the one-armed Shanks that became Yonkou is stronger than any version of him with both arms ever was.

My point is that Shanks got weaker after losing his arm, just like my source says.
In addition, we have a well-defined timeline. In chapter 957 we find out that Shanks has been Yonko for 6 years, in his Vivre Card we know that he saved Luffy 12 years ago.
And in the Mihawk's Vivre Card do we know that they dueled a lot until Shanks lost his arm, when Mihawk joins the Shichibukais for not having worthy duels anymore.

Theres so much potential ways for Oda to buff Sanji. Weve literally seen it point blank this arc when he just made Sanji randomly unlock his Vinsmoke Genes and get IJ....and then pass it off as a sideeffect of the PIS Raid Suit.
