Speculations Sanji's 1v1 will be against a tobi roppo or a number

sadly, now with the introduction of the flying 6, sanji's chances of fighting Queen also diminishes.

I won't count out Sanji vs Queen, but its starting to look less likely to happen. Oda already did it back on WCI when people thought Sanji would fight katakuri and it didn't happen.

I just hope that every straw hat gets a proper fight this arc, maybe the flying 6 will help secure that.

1 kaido, 3 calamities, flying 6, add in big mom that's 11 people. The Straw hat crew is also 10 people. Hopefully that's enough to give everyone a proper 1 v 1 fight. My poor Robin hasn't had a good 1v1 fight in too long. There are also the numbers, but I don't know how many there are.

Am I missing something that puts Sanjino vs Queen?
He couldnt reduce enemy numbers while dealing with Queen's underling who was laughing off his hits and he is supposed to deal with Queen who stood up seconds after Big Mom slapped him around and probably has CoO... How?
1) Their reaction after Komurasaki "death"
2) The fact that they both use a technological advantage weapon
3) Queen sent 2 Tobi Roppo after him, and he defeated one of them
4) Sanji usually fights the third strongest enemy (winning more easily than Zoro)

I know Sanji vs King makes more sense, but we can't exclude Sanji vs Queen either :goyea:

Not according to Manga and Anime.
4) Sanji usually fights the third strongest enemy (winning more easily than Zoro)
Third strongest... Kaido>BM>Queen?? The third strongest is much weaker than 2nd strongest, that's why Sanji wins "more easily".
I know Sanji vs King makes more sense, but we can't exclude Sanji vs Queen either :goyea:
All good and well but his power level is in the way. Especially vs Queen who seems to be one of the tankiest characters present in Wano.
How will Sanjino who cant put P1 down deal with someone significantly superior?

The alliance also has very capable fighters. 5 of the scarbards are bad news. Then we have Luffy Kid and Law. Jinbei, Killer Zoro and Sanji. Those twelve are exceptional fighters.
On the enemies side we have 6TR, 3 calamities, 2yonko, 2 sweet commander level fighters (Pero and smoothie) plus the numbers and Kaido jr. If anything the enemies have greater numbers. I don't think tag teams will work. If they need to win then the top guys on our side need to solo at least one top guy on the enemy's side.
Sanji will without a doubt solo either a calamity or a Tobbi roppo and from what we have seen there isn't that much difference to be honest. Like Drake at full power could easily rival jack due to the ferocity of his Zoan. I expect the flying fighters to have bounties in the region of 500-800m.

You guys do realize that the antagonist looking seemingly too strong for the protagonist is an usual trope to build suspens?

The feelings the author is trying to create in the reader is awe.
Before the fight : « How he can beat him? This guy too strong!! He does not have the sufficient strength!! He will be utterly defeat!! »

After the fight : « OMG!!! He did it!! He is too strong!! That’s unbelievable!! »

This is overuse in Shonen manga where the protagonist win unwinnable fights by willpower.

Some of you should really take a break from any board related to One Piece because you seems to be unable to read the story and the narrative without the fan wars lenses.

Note that what I just say only applies to people who are genuine not people who are trolling.

The thing I don't understand is why people think it's not a stretch (pun intended) for Luffy to tango with Kaido, which I assume will have a duration of it being one on one to a weakened Kaido, but Zoro vs King and Sanji vs Queen is a problem.

What Luffy is going up against after getting one shotted by Kaido is a bigger gap closing than either Zoro or Sanji going against King and Queen.
