Think about who you're talking to for a moment.
These people... don't know how to be positive.
NEETs are malcontents. They hate the government, education systems, and their own families.
They read young boys comics (Shonen) because it resonates with them and their inability to grow out of a man-child phase.
They will say they like boobs while not having employment, education, or training. In other words, they can't even afford to take a girl out for dinner. Lord knows they wouldn't have any manners and lack respect for someone in such an event.
Notice the negativity in this post already - it's people rolling their eyes and gawking at boobs.
The problem with them can't be fixed easily, and trying to make this place more positive is ridiculous - unless you be stern about the kind of behavior you want to see here, and start enforcing rules about behavior rather than having a hand-off approach to it... I find that just irresponsible.

Here's what an actual positive post looks like:
"I like Yamato because ... she has nice hair, her style is unique, her story is interesting, etc., etc."
All this crap like "Yamato isn't the worst character" is just counterintuitive and ugly. It's not even a positive thing to say, and things like that should be removed because it's wholly negative. Isn't it? It's meant to dismiss Yamato as nearly being the worst character in the entire series. Just say something nice - it can't be that hard. You guys mask a lot of anger.
It's responses like the kind you give, which is the same kind you gave in school when asked serious questions or asked to be positive in class, and you made a joke about it. That's exactly why you ended up without employment, education, or training in the first place.
Maybe it's time to make a change.
Overall, this was a divisive subject. At least from my perspective - confronting this group of individuals about being positive in spite of all their negativity is futile. They're not the type to ever listen to reason... ask for them to be positive, and you'll receive anything but positivity. It is what it is (until someone does something about it!)
