Zoro drinks and sleeps all day and barely interacts with any of the crew and people think he's vice captain material lmao. You could have had a decent argument pre timeskip but he barely even exists as a character post timeskip outside of action scenes.

In post-TS it is even more ridiculous to say that Luffy is above Zoro.
As I said, bad translation, Zoro has never been put below Luffy by Oda himself.
