Honestly, does anyone feel it should be the other way around with the masks? That the elite agents don't have to wear them?

Kind of reminds me of the Land of Shura from HNK.

I don't mind the concept.

Elite agents --> doing important missions --> wear mask to hide identity for safety & appears more menacing --> increase success rate

I thought of it like normal polices & SWATs.

Kalifa and Blueno was doing a mission during the red movie and both of them were not using masks. Thats confirm at least these two cant be compared to the others agents
