But you weren’t in that much danger of being flipped yet. You hit the big red button almost immediately with 2 votes on you and others just speculating.
As I said, it’s one of those where I know how days like this play out without intervention. I don’t want to pull rank on you here, but your game sense isn’t going to be the same as mine given our experience levels. If you disagree, fine, that’s your right, but I’m not going to be receptive to a lecture here

Yeah and why would you claim who HP is before your own abilities?

Scum knowing your abilities would probably lead to a roleblock maybe or put a target on your back. HP is literally his target if the game goes by flavour lol.

This either poor play from Gram (which I doubt it) or Dest was HP and scum got lucky during N1
Knowing who Harry is IS one of my abilities. It required clarification, have you not read since the start of day?

Well given I knew nick was town day 1, how likely do you think this is?

This is so defeatist, we’re less than four hours into the phase and you weren’t necessarily in danger of getting smoked out. Just not a helpful thing to seemingly out the most important townie no matter how you spin it, and by no means did anyone ask you to do that, your whole “I know who he is, let’s leave it at that” would have sufficed for anyone with a passing knowledge of the series.

From my limited perspective as a mafia player so far I can’t see how it was a good move. But I’m open to some of the veterans chiming in with their thoughts.

@Ratchet @Rej @DynaMight

But before that I’m fine with you lecturing ME on why it was better this way.

Role madness,
If I was day vig I would get rid of him.

Well if your last point is true, then it’s fair to assume someone on the scum team would have such knowledge, and therefore no problem right?

You’re clinging to my (admittedly far fetched) notion more than I am, but that doesn’t change what you’ve done here. If you wanna deflect, I get it, just don’t sit here and try to convince me that your back was up against the wall.

Day phases are the most precious resource town has over individual roles. It seems unlikely because most day phases are filled with nonsense, but it’s true.

I’ve no wish to lecture you at all, you seem hungry to develop a good game over settling for mediocrity

Nah I didn’t put him out of pressure per se, as I’ve said, I didn’t want to be wasting an entire day phase where I either a) end up lynched and outing him anyway, or b) have to claim to avoid the lynch which has the same outcome only we’ve lost a day phase too, this way we just have an extra day to play with.

The moment I was spotted at Dest, this was always going to happen

You can argue that none of the above would have happened and as I say, I’m just relying on my experience and judgment to know that it probably would

Also I wouldn’t say I was clinging to it, you made the point, I just answered in your terms did I not?
