[Passive - Ghost] - Gengar is a ghost-type Pokemon, one doesn't simply fuck around with a ghost. As such, vote manipulation abilities do not work on him.

[Active - Destiny Bond]: Once during the game before the 4th cycle you may target a player and link your destiny to them. Upon linking you will receive the following merits and demerits;
--- [1]: Both of you will die even if one of you is killed or lynched.
--- [2]: You are not allowed to tell them that you have bonded with them.
--- [3]: If both of you voting for the same player, the total votes will count for three.
--- [4]: Gengar's negative abilities will not work on the player he's bonded with, and vice versa.
--- [5]: You will gain one extra HP upon bonding.
--- [6]: Gengar may target them and refill the limited shots abilities they may have. [1-Shot]
--- [7]: Gengar may target his partner, if anyone visits them with harmful action they will be role-crushed for a cycle. However, if visited by any type of protective ability you will be role-crushed for a cycle. [1-Shot]

[Active - Curse]: A GENGAR is close by if you feel a sudden chill. It may be trying to lay a curse on you. You may once during the game choose a player at night that will force your target to reveal their alignment at the start of the following day phase: If your target did not reveal their alignment truthfully within the first 3 posts they will be role-crushed for two cycles. [1-Shot]

[Passive - Evolution]: After the 3rd cycle, Gengar's role will go through an evolution that will last one phase. He will leave that game during that time, and on his return, he will gain some new abilities. You may only use one per cycle.
--- [Ultra Moon]: He can pass through objects and can appear anywhere making him untargetable for the phase to most roles. Although you will also be vote-silenced for that day phase or the following if used during the night phase. [1-Shot]
--- [G-Max Terror(Gigantamax)]: Once during the game at day, you can choose to go Gigantamax form and use your G-Max move, on a wagon, causing all the people on the wagon unable to move their votes to another target, for the rest of the phase while, others can still add votes to that wagon, but it will cause them to fall under the effect of G-Max Terror as well, locking their votes on the wagon. This ability can't be used in the last 3 hours before a deadline. [1-Shot]
--- [Color]: Choose a color. For the rest of the Day, any votes made not using the chosen color don't count. [1-Shot]

[Active - The Terror Within]: Once During the Day Phase you may activate this ability. One of the players who are part of the largest wagon has to be lynched. Anyone not voting a person out of those players will lose 1 HP. This ability can't be used defensively. This ability can't be used in the last 3 hours before EoD. [1-Shot]
