Zem, as much as I questioned Ratchet about my role cop failing on him. I don't perceive invests failing as being inherently scummy by itself.

Invest immune roles also exist to actually stop scum roles from copping them and gaining more info too.

I think Zem's point is that Ekko knew beforehand it would fail. That wouldn't be explained by her being blocked, unless he was the one blocking her I suppose.
