Read the thread, never once said he was going to pick a submission use.

Probably skipped over characters who didn't make a lot of sense making roles for or were difficult to figure out.

Akai had a question about this in our PM and was informed that it's a standard rule for weeb games to feature 1 of 2 submissions.
