his fight with kizaru was pretty decent considering he was able to make an admiral bleed but out of that he was thrown out of the arc ,

the attack wasnt significant enough to fully blow kizaru away
sentomaru still made him bleed tho

admirals are just durable asf cause of their logia powers

the palm still reached kizaru's face considering his head was tilted backwards
his defense just softened the blow
