He didn't show it but he should have it. Kidd entire fighting style revolves around him manipulating metal so he wouldn't really need to use it. If Kidd was spamming it on his metal he'd be draining it even worse than Luffy in g4 so it makes sense he doesn't use it.

Oda just made sure to focus on the awakanings in the fight against big mum.

But ok, let’s assume he doesn’t have it. Than he can Tank Kaido, Big Mum, sever injuries by Hawkins hacks and Bigger Mum without any haki and is still able to overcome her. Without haki.

How strong shall he get, when he comes this far without any haki using, while it’s confirmed he has all 3 forms?

As per Luffy's own words, everything was too shallow till he got ACoC which also includes that Kong Gatling so yeah. Both attack are too shallow/insignificant
