Actually, from the look of it sanji is heading in the exact opposite direction from kanjuro. Judging by the environment(see the lanterns and doors) kanjuro and orochi are more or less at the same place we saw sanji at when momos location was broadcasted. If he had gone to the scabbards, he would have been there already, and since he isn't, he is more likely running towards momo and away from orochi and kanjuro. He is long gone and won't run into them.

It's called Soba Mask because Sanji named it so that he wouldn't get influenced with Germa. Sanji still uses the RS to fight. That's all. And there's definitely no another chapter about Soba Mask as far as I'm concerned.
