I'm aware of Oda's shading, but I can't think of an example where he's done this on a women's belly.
It could definitely be shading, but, that's ignoring all of the other context.
If Shakky hadn't been introduced winking to Rayleigh, the guy she ends up with, it would be one thing.
The fact we have Shakky flirting with Rayleigh 44 years ago, and know that Shakky became Empress after, just screams Love Sickness for Rayleigh.
I was already fully on bored with Rayleigh/Shakky being Mihawk's parents before I saw people talking about the scar. The scar is the final confirmation for me.

Sadly that is just how Loda draws his shading if he wants to push this idea he might drop something more obvious. Everything regarding Mihawk he is extremely stingy with giving the fans anything
