There are literally no other good CDs.
  • Homing was killed
  • Rocinante was killed
  • Myosgard was killed
The only good CD left is Shanks. Unlike the others, he is the only one with the strength to actually rule over the CDs.

My guess is that post final war, Shanks will become king of the CDs and incorporate them into whatever territory he has. They will no longer be able to oppress others. However due to Shanks's protection, he won't let his own people get genocided due to reprisals, like what happened to Homing and his family after they left Mariejois.

I feel like without someone like Shanks to watch over the CDs and advocate on their behalf, the CDs will probably get genocided after Imu and the Gorosei lose their power, and I don't think Oda will let that happen.

Celestial Dragons and WG will be no more EoS, i believe that crocodile's utopia will be the standard for one piece's sequel.

Yes, OF COURSE, there will be a sequel. Dragon ball's manga ended 30 years ago and shonen jump still haven't let go of the bone.

Luffy and the revos will remove the CDs from power. But what's going to happen to them afterward? imo Shanks will take care of them so that they don't get genocided.

But Oda has already shown that that isn't an option for them

Because Homing tried to leave Mariejois and he got lynched.

I think Shanks needs to bring them into his own territory.

No. Oda is most likely going to have a character who is okay with killing people dispose of them.

The other option is having a natural disaster do it, like the destruction of the Redline with them all drowning or being crushed.
