You would be surprised how many fans worldwide pushed agenda that Kamusari = blunt attack ( since it does not cut ) and blunt attacks are not part of swordsmanship so Shanks is not included as Mihawk title victim.
This chapter proved Xebec blunt attacks skills are considered swordsmanship and even same japanese kanjis were used when Xebec and Mihawk sword skills were mentioned.
