Yeah I know, I was just saying alcoholism culture is a big part of Australian culture. hell, even dad's are known to give their kids sips of beer from as young as 3 in this country

Seeing beer tents full of drunk, sleepy adults in my childhood was enough for me.
Never was very attracted to alcohol lmao
 
I only use alcohol as an emergency pain killer actually.

Other than that, I like it as a food ingredient sometimes.
Damn, I wish I had that kinda resolve in my teenage years, would've saved a lot of money and dramas down the line 😂

When everyone around you is drinking maybe it's hard not to get into it at an early age

Lol yep when I saw that post right below mine I cringed. Poor little guy doesn't deserve to be rolled like that just so that it can be eaten.
Meat eating vs vegetarianism/veganism is a pretty hard topic for me.

In general, you are right.

But when I have to decide between GMO soy product from destroyed rainforest area at the other end of the world vs eggs/meat from local farm, the latter is the better choice imho.
