@milluki Doesn't change my post. Even if he puts it in his sword and becomes as strong as zoro why wouldn't he just beat zoro? He'd have the obvious advantage of invisibility making it way easier to land fatal hits on zoro. With a new df I assume will be strong and not useless that makes the point double. With shanks kuzan is still the clearly second strongest and would beat Ben Beckman unless he leaves the crew for some reason. Shiryuu has no need to beat ben Beckman and he he doesn't need to be as strong as zoro to fight him. Just trying to boost him to boost him means nothing and he doesn't need a second df just good feats.

They both are D., but only Luffy Is the D. Roger was expecting.
BB is 99 out of 100 going to take Shirahoshi and maybe attack wano and take Pluton after Caribou starts to talk.
Don't think Luffy Is going to care much about Garp, but yeah, there is that too.
Luffy could even consider BB almost killing Law, his friend, another reason.

And if everything you say will happen happens then maybe they fight but has the story is now the stories of blackbeard and koby is way more intertwined plus BB irl was taken down by a navy man named Maynard. So that's Even more a reason why I think Koby will be the one to take him down and cement his legacy
If one piece ends with out koby having a significant feat or incident to his name despite how his character is written then imo that would be terrible
I don't want luffy to do all the heavy lifting and take down every possible end game big bad especially when it's the final saga
