Yeah, I am going with Thor on this one. Lol.

Shiva has got some good pain tolerance. I will give him that. The bloke fought through three brutalised arms. The point stands however that he got utterly brutalised by Raiden in his match.

Compare that to Thor vs Lu Bu, Lu Bu being a human fighter that has arguably comparable if not superior hype to Raiden, Thor came out of his fight pretty unscathed. He got a slash across his chest and that was pretty much it.

Thor also has a bit more versatility than Shiva, what with his lightning AoE attack as well as range from his hammer throw.

Unlike Poseidon, Shiva does not have any notable speed feats (that I can recall) that would put him above Thor's pay grade.

Lastly, Thor seemingly has better strength feats.

Lu Bu's strongest attack can split the entire arse sky better than two Yonkos can even without use of a Volund.

Thor did not just overpower such an attack, he completely fucked up Lu Bu's arms and shattered Randgriz's Volund form all in one mighty blow. Note that Thor is thus far the only deity to have forced a Valkyrie out of Volund form.
What has Shiva got on that? Lol. Thor wins.

Shiva True power can annihilate the entire existance in a fraction of nanosecond and then recreate it as it was in the next fraction.

Nothing is impossible for Shiva.
He is older than time itself.
He was present when nothing was present.
He will be present when nothing will be present.
He has no beginning or end.
He is nothing, anything and everything.
There is an ancient saying that everything happens only because Shiva permits it. Nothing can happen without his permission.
He is strong enough to contain an explosive poison capable of annihilating the entire existance by containing it in his throat and not even flinch.
He is called God of Gods.

Shiva wins, and the canon pretty much confirms it. Thor's best feat stated in verse was that he obliterated a snake large enough to circle Earth while Shiva was stated to destroy planets on a whim.

Not a hard choice, Shiva.

I didn't read Thor's fight, but Shiva from Ragnarok is nothing like Shiva from Hindu mythology. So we can't really use real-world Shiva to say he's stronger than Thor in RR.
