Future Events Should Luffy solo Kaido?

Well hes younger than franky so idk anymore. Franky was 6 in the oden flashback meaning hed have to be 4 years old but he was never to be seen in either franky flashback
Unless tom wasn't the father and the real dad took him lol. Or i guess he went to another relative for whatever reason idk

I donโt know if Iโd go so far to say that he SHOULD be able to defeat Kaido by himself or even with just one or two allies, but he probably will get the final blow, and that will fully solidify him in the eyes of the world as a top tier fighter as well as put him on the inside track to becoming Pirate King. Yโall know I donโt care to get too deep into the powerscaling side of things, but since establishing that heโs capable of matching YC1s, thereโs only one place to go up from here in the hierarchy.
Yes but he will have kidd take equal credit imo, its been foreshadowed since the start, them being parraleed in the prison with their desire to take down kaido, and its still going on rn. Imo, given kidd's character and the fact that he is a conqueror and if Oda wants to make him a legit rival for the future, he aint going down before luffy. Zoro will be important too imo, and im not discounting law who will use his room to shambles people in and out taking potshots at kaido, AkA a raid boss in an MMO in which you slowly whittle him down.Heck i can see yamato participating too considering he's her father.

Eh, i think Big Mom is there to prevent that. But even if Kid does take equal credit, it'll probably go the same way it did with Law, both got equal recognition for taking down Mingo, but still Luffy did most of the work.
Yeah, i can see all those people getting involved, but realistically majority of them are gonna act as mere support in some form or another.

Prevent what? I think BM is gonna be fighting marines coming in, would love to see her fight fuji or ryokugyu/Kizaru.
Also for their contribution we shall see, i just cant see luffy doing all the work, given that right now he should have went from a negg diff fight to a mid diff one(he can hurt him sure, but back then kaido just stood there and didnt more, and just took it. Thats whom we are basing this on. What happend is Kaido decides to move/block/dodge/attack, and then there is hybrid. And possibly(i think surely, awakened)

Except theres nothing illogical about it. Thats how Oda writes. Thats how shounen work.
Doesn't matter. Oda still portrayed them as an overwhleming threat and had Luffy overcome them in the end. That is the trend. It's different everytime. Kaido just happens to be the latest installment in this trend.
Even if you don't want to use One Piece as an example. In Bleach Ichigo was one-shotted by Byakuya in their first meeting. They were worlds apart. By the end of Soul Society Ichigo fights Byakuya to a stand still.
In Yu Yu Hakusho, Younger Toguro had Yusuke practically pissing his pants at how strong he was. Yusuke was nothing to him. The end of the Dark Tournament and all the battles he went through Yusuke had surpassed him entirely.
This is consistent with the majority of shounen. Character is outmatched or "seemingly" outmatched by the villain at the start of an arc(in order to set up stakes) but by the end the protagonist ends up surpassing him.
We see this consistently throughout all of One Piece. Doesn't make any sense for fans to start pretending they don't know this. Just because you personally can't imagine how things are gonna play out this time DOESN'T mean Oda is gonna change how he writes.
