Future Events Silhouette Piece never ends?

If Oda would draw the volume 25 today (the volume where we first get introduced to Whitebeard,Blackbeard,Gorosei,etc.) he would never draw them like he did,he would probably silhouette Whitebeard and the Gorosei at least,and maybe also some members of the BB crew too. And we would see Whitebeard design probably only in Marineford. But that volume is nowadays remembered as one of the most epic volumes of the story,so this proves the fact that he doesnt need silhouettes to create hype. Just shows the damn designs of the characters,Oda!
As long as possible, also don't be deceived he will keep adding these silhouettes at every jointure possible. I thought he would just keep the top tiers important from the plot as dark figures yet we are closing to the end and he keeps adding Pranks, man with burned scar, the one waiting on the shore.. he wants to create mystery and suspense and this is his recurrent card.
I disagree, the series has a finite number of arcs left, and a finite number of antagonists. The WG was an unknown entity and Oda decided to characterize that faction post-Wano. The 4th RP had to be somewhere.
I think its pretty comfortable to say that this is what we have left, anything else will end up being tied to minor characters. Weve known the Yonko and Marines for years. The Burned Scar Man and/or Rocks seems to be tied to a plotline coming coming to head very soon. Oda seemingly dropped Underworld/Impel Down L6 plot stuff according to that last SBS.
