I have seen both admiral downplay and admiral wank. Only thing I will say is that yonko fans mainly shanks fans in fanverse forums downplay admirals to ridiculous degree. They definitely are worse than most admiral fans with the exception of lee hung and sakaouzuki here.

Kaido fans taking the heat for what marine ford wb and shanks did which caused the decade long admiral slander is hilarious.
