I like Shanks, but he's too passive as a Yonko. He waits over 20 years and starts collecting Poneglyphs when Big Mom and Kaido are defeated.
He doesn't like to get his hands dirty and usually leaves the dirty work to his crew. He defeated Kid alone because he was a threat. Yasopp nuked Barto's crew.
