Future Events Smoker in Wano? Any chance?

There's circumstantial reason for him, and by extension Tashigi, to show up. That being the SMILE fruit's effects. There are only two characters with any possible means of reversing the effects of the artificial devil fruits. Those being Vegapunk who developed the theory used to develop the artificial devil fruits and Caesar who created the SMILES. There's no way Toko, the rest of Ebisu, and possibly Killer stay the way they are.
The only problem is that there's no reason from Vegapunk's end to come to Wano. But that can always change.
What I find interesting is that Orochi demanded Vegapunk come. CP0 refused, but I see no point in Orochi to ask for Vegapunk if it has no cause.

Smoker, Tashigi, Vegapunk, Kuma, Bonney, and Sabo are all a plotline that will probably be tackled post-Wano. I don't think the "smile"(really the nature of devil fruits as a whole)/underworld plotline ends directly with Kaido, there is more here that involves those characters and the revolutionaries, but too much to already happening to tack them on halfassedly in my opinion.
I think they, plus CP-0 and Revo's can all wait until post Wano. We already have like 60+ named characters in an arc that's poised to take another 70-80 chapters at this point to resolve, do we really need additional factions this arc, save for those teased (Whitebeard Pirates or Sword)?

Yes, they will come to Wano. I remember in cover spread chapter 802 that there's a picture of the Straw Hat crew and two hippos wear kimono. Kimono must be represent Wano. Guess what! Both hippos seem like Smoker and Tashigi. The big hippo has stitches on his face just like Smoker. The small hippo has a sword and wear purple and blue kimono. No doubt it's Tashigi. They must be heading to Wano.
If you reopen manga chapter 697, you'll see Smoker and Tashigi have the same face expression like both hippos in chapter 802. Interesting, isn't it?
