He only has that amount of bounty because his achievements along with the boost of being below BM worth only that much.
He is 10 years older than her,in the same crew and still ended up with a lower bounty . It is clear cut.
Bobbin destroys cities and doesn't get a high bounty due to that,so nonsense. He would get a higher bounty easier but he didn't even break the 200 mil barrier.Killing civillains doesn't give you that huge of a boost .

Yes Destroying the clones won't stop Cracker from creating new ones. As much as it will drain Smoothies Stamina, it would drain Cracker's too ....that is of Smoothie is not fast enough to get to Cracker himself before he creates new biscuits
