Being a former admiral (And almost a fleet admiral) says a lot by itself.
It's like a 50/50 chance at this point, oda wouldn't want to "weaken" CoC image if he allowed characters to use it left and right, but once a descisive battle occurs, we will get to see if an all out aokiji has CoC or not.
yeah but what is the end result?
If okiji loses, his entire "SWORD" plan goes to hell as BB will probably execute him or blow his cover up and force him into hiding.
If Garp loses, then that's an even worse option as it sets up the scenes for a potential "early" Luffy vs BB arc, which is not really oda's plan.
Both of these scenarios doesn't make this fight beneficially decisive, so I don't see the point of using CoC this early into this fight.

i dont think theres a lot if any fight left anymore tbh
feel like oda wont waste the opportunity to show him use it in a clash with garp who was actively using it as well but he didnt
Very possible that he used it here but since Haki discussions are even worse than Pica and Koby discussions I'll say not confirmed until undeniable evidence is provided.
Elemental moves themselves aren't depicted with COC visual effects, we can see it from Kaido using moves like Boro Breath or Blazing Bagua, it only happens when it clash directly with a COC coated physical attack (Bajrang vs Blazing Bagua)
It's not with moves like Ice Ball that we'll get any indication on haki.
The only physical hit Kuzan threw alongside Garp made a huge explosion with thick and town lenght black lightning streaks that looked exactly like the aftermath of Galaxy Impact would indicate COC coating.
aftermath Garp and Kuzan punching each other
The question is whether you believe thsese effects ALL came from Garp's punch. IMO it makes more sense if it was from both because both punch were portrayed the same way in this scene (they even sent each other flying the same way)
I believe he likely has it because of this. I understand people saying it's inconclusive though.
But when you take into context that Oda wanted to reserve the new AdCoC technique reveal to Coby.. It makes sense that Aokiji's Haki wasn't higlighted that much..

if oda wanted to portray aokiji having acoc
he wouldnt do it in such a small clash
look at how oda showed garp's acoc
its very fucking clear that garp used acoc
and its the same with other acoc users too
every acoc user got a clear scan about them using acoc once
Maybe he has CoC but no ACoC. Here's how I see it:
Garp is a legend, Garp has CoC and ACoC. Garp rivaled the PK. Garp is the truest haki man (no weapons, no DF). This was his real top tier after post ACoC reveal against an FA candidate no less, perfect time to have him skysplit right? I mean, so far it's just been done by pirates, why not marines this time(Ik Kuzan is ex marine)? Would be a perfect sending off and hype for Garp too. Oda would not steal that moment from Garp if it was possible. This also lines up with what many of us believe regarding Akainu and Aokiji. That towards the end of their fight Akainu unlocked ACoC to win and as a result gotten stronger and created a bigger gap between himself and other admirals, fitting his position as the FA.

Maybe I’m misremembering but Sky splitting clashes only happen to start off a fight for x reason, that would be odd for a logia based fighter like Aokiji’s to start the fight with a brofist.
