Well, Law definetly does imo. He did the most damage to Big Mom and he is the mastermind of why the Strawhats were on wano in the first place. He set everything in motion for the most part. Plus he is a former warlord that rebeled, not to mention "The Rocky Port Incident".

Oda has BB and Shanks mention their bounties to hype their strength

Luffu should have had 3.5B if Oda wants kid and law have 3B

Law's silent room attach (forgot the name) was instumental in preventing Big Mom to pull off one of her most powerful attacks. Law frigging pierced the other side of the island with his attack which allowed them to send Big Mom through the crater. Law's quick thinking and attacks were the reason she got taken down. If Law didn't damage Big Mom, prevent her attacks, create the crater she never would have been taken down with Kidd's blunt physical attacks. They were not enough to cause any impact without Law.

Big Mom’s defense is haki, it only gets deactivated if you mess with her mental state(ex. Breaking the Caramel picture).

What Law did do is his attacks did enough damage to give Kid an opening to use his.

ex. Giving him time to create the giant bull, charge up his cannon, and get close enough to use Punk Crash
