General & Others So, Kaido really died to magma.

There's no feat for Akainu here at all.

Even if he died because magma reduced him to ashes, that happened after many minutes (which we know since BigMom had her entire body after many minutes there), which means there's no feat for Akainu, nor some headcanon argument of saying Akainu can melt Yonko.
Thats not Big Mom. That is Kaido's cloak. Big Mom being right next to Kaido makes zero sense....since her hole is far away.

So how does this hype Akainu?

The dude hasn't killed anyone with his attacks except when Ace threw himself to die for Luffy.
Knowing also that Akainu can't KO a yonko.

Kaido isnt even dead... he's thrown off somewhere by the eruption.
If he's dead, then so be it.

You're happy to see KOed Kaido dying to lava? Lol

What's there to cope for? I'm not a huge fan of either character. Just don't think that Oda would kill a saga boss off and leave it as ambiguous as he did.

Big mom has too many ties to Elbaf for her to be killed off now. Doesn't help that her ship was spotted last chapter by CP0.
Big mom.ruined enöugh arcs already.

Also wasnt that ship statement about last time tje wg ship contacted hq? Which could as wel have been shortly after the raid, meaning a week ago in-verse?

Of all the ways Oda could've gotten rid of Kaido, by letting him drown in the ocean(the most natural death for a DF user), by letting him get imprisoned with sea stone cuffs etc....he choses to have him killed, disintegrated and then most likely ripped to pieces by the Element of the strongest Admiral.

Surely this was done totally unintentionally right?

Years of downplay just so that Oda handles you the L of the century, this must be hard. No Admiral stan would've ever thought that Oda blesses us with this gem.

Akainu is putting holes in Kaido with ease let alone BM with inferior Durability. This directly translates as a feat to Akainu and his future capabilities. Kaido can't even take non-concentrated Magma lol.
