It couldn't have been Cracker because no enemy had ever seen his true appearance before his fight with Luffy. Just like Smoothie, he was absolutely arrogant and self-confident. They wouldn't be if one of them was defeated by Kid. So it must have been Snack. He dislikes the worst generation and was demoted for his failures. It's the only thing that makes sense. In addition, we hardly saw anything of him, which makes him a bit mysterious. How fitting that Oda doesn't let Kid call his name. If it was Cracker or Smoothie, he could have said it because we already know them well.
General & Others So Kidd DID defeat a Sweet Commander

It might not actually be random. It was stated that Kidd went to WCI to get back something that was stolen from him.
It's possible they had a copy of another Poneglyph, (Not Big Mom's), and it was stolen by the Big Mom Pirates. The Kidd Pirates followed the ship to WCI, and got it back before it could be delivered to Big Mom. The question is, is which one could it be. Doubtful it is Zou's, which means it can only be the one we don't know about yet.

Not if they don't know. And it would make sense for Oda to do something like having Luffy and Kidd both have 3 Poneglyphs, but each one has one the other doesn't. Then he will reveal later that at one point, all four Copies of the Road Poneglyphs were together for a brief moment, unbeknownst to everyone.
What doesn't make sense is that a Sweet Commander was just randomly patrolling the outer waters of WCI with the most prized possession of Big Mom, making it the easiest task in the World to steal if from her.
