When it comes to the Calamities, King is so far the most underwhelming and the most disappointing.
There was build up and hype with Jack and he had a lot of focus in the Zou arc, and during Act 3 of Wano he fought against the Sulong Minks.
As for Queen he was focused during Act 2 of Wano and during Act 3 he was still getting more focus, he even had his own mini subplot during Act 3 which was him wanting to get rid of one of the Tobi Roppo. Even as a character Queen is far more interesting than King, Queen has a fun personality, he is a cyborg, he can create weapons and viruses, and he has a connection to Judge.
King on the other hand has a very serious and boring personality, and the only thing that is interesting about him is his unknown race. What's even more sad is that some people thought King would be getting more focus during Act 3 and yet so far his focus during Act 3 has been lackluster, and even characters like the Tobi Roppo and Yamato have been getting more focus than him.

This is the only hype moment from King so far.
