So Kaido has supposedly been trying to die for awhile.

Harald was alive and in his prime 14 years ago on Elbaf, at which point Kaido was either an emperor or coming into his prime. Couldn’t Kaido have gone to challenge Harald, someone that he would know is on par with Rocks a man in his top 5?

If this counts as ducking, then what about when Kizaru was on Vegapunk’s island for years? That was DEFINITELY during Kaido’s reign.

And both Elbaf and Egghead are right next to Wano….

I think he fucked up with the timeline, Kaido wanted to fight Harald in the past so Kaido not fighting him in the period between God Valley (39 years ago) and his death (14 years ago) really does look like ducking @MonsterKaido @The DevilMaster you guys and your team need to explain this

Oda fucked up Kaido's characterization and story as a whole, which is another reason for Wano arc being the disaster it is. The dude clearly hadn't a plan when writing him, Wano and now he's doing the same with Elbaf.

To die he should just jump in the ocean.He is a DF User.

Fact is,Oda had no idea what to do with Kaido bar trainingtool for Luffy.Which is crazy as Kaido was the main villain in the yonkou Saga which lasted from PH to Wano.Over 10 years.

BM was way more interesting written imo

Oden is such a trash Creator's Pet. And associating him with Kaido, and making him Kaido's main opponent, worked disastrously for Kaido's characterization.

Oda making Moria a Kozuki is another crap move.

I disagree.Oda choose what he wrote and his choise was to make Oden "superobercool".A person who gets stanned by his country and even old legends.Also the only fucker who gives Kaido(the arc villain) PTSD.

Kaido looked like a clown in the flashback against Oden.The Arc Villain looked WORSE as a dead character from the past.Like uff.

And Yamatard was present Oden.Fucking garbage as well

Harald is not forced written as insane cool or loved by 100000 of people.He is written as someone who acts mostly "neutral" bzw what he thinks is the best for ELbaf

Kaido's writing is one of the worst thing in the last 15 years of one piece's serialization
