What freedom? Wasn't kaido and orochi exercising their freedom of expression?
When the gov is a bunch of selfish dipshits? Yes.
Also the nakama theme. The follow-your-dreams theme. The freedom theme.
Overthrowing governments is stupid thing to do when it's not necessary. The real world has see government overthrowing and some of this counties will never be the same again. Fucking stupid theme

We all know the ending was sort of, not good to say the least. I've been thinking for a while about the central dramatic theme/question of JJk's story and honestly, I can't tell what it is. It just goes on to show you how despite the amazing fights and power-system Gege came up with, the story was always kinda lacking in some crucial aspects.
they did defeat the curse sukuna the fingers who made curses stronger by consuming the finger so they broke the curse

The main theme I kept noticing was that of one's role in society, and how you shouldn't feel bound to a specific role based on external things like family and reputation. That was what Yuji's whole speech to Sukuna in 265 was about, and the culmination of everything he's learned.
