Fuji didnt cut it either so i take it he couldnt either. Not to mention the whole plan to do so and save everyone and buy time for luffy to beat doffy which even an admiral followed was zoros

Fuji isn't allowed to harm Doffy or any of his crew due to WG system for Warlords. Same issue that prevented Smoker taking action sooner in Alabasta against Crocodile the same. Fujitora did what he did to save people and let Strawhats handle it. Zoro is not hold down by anything to simply cut the thread and save everyone as at least that will help buy time and stop movement for at least another side, not trying to push it away.

He using more on Law as Law is more dangerous than Zoro. His first attack was to bring down a meteorite on him while Zoro just unnamed attack for him. Not really, strike did nothing to Fujitora at all. You want see who gave more? Look at Sabo and Luffy getting more out of him compare to Zoro. That's a fight, not bitchslapping Zoro down to the ground without even trying.
