That's not how it is in Moe's headcanon tho. We are the two piece readers, not him.

Zoro fought one and got slammed hard. Dodgy easily destroy an Meteorite. Zoro is not same or above them. That doesn't mean same case as him. Luffy wants to fight Yonkos and Admirals, but doesn't mean he defeat them. Look with Kaido, got one-shot easily. Zoro wouldn't do any better just because he wants to face them.
Zoro was able to destroy a mountain in Dressrosa. He destroyed a bigger meteor than the ones Fuji used in Dressrosa during Stampede. 
But this isn't a Zoro thread, it's about Sanji scarring Kaido with Enma. Which won't happen in a million years. Sanji hasn't even displayed hardening CoA on panel yet, let alone Ryuo.
