Some modifications:
- A little focus on Yamato.
-SHs, Alliance vs Kaido
The story starts where Kaido is fighting the supernovas. Thank you for those who will be reading this. Please remember this is just my opinion.
Good Read:
Though the supernovas are standing their ground, Kaido proves to them that he is the superior fighter. As much as the supernovas are attacking Kaido, they still feel at a disadvantage as they should always keep in mind that any attack from kaido could be enough to end them. With the support of Law, the supernovas are made untouchable as Law can strategically teleport them out of danger or positioning them where they will have better chance of landing an attack. Afterall, no matter how powerful you are, if your attacks do not land then you are powerless. Law is still on his guards and also is starting to get tired from abusing his rooms. At some point, Law feels that things are too easy and is preparing for the worst from Kaido. Kaido indeed shows that he has something up his sleeves.
At some point, Kaido prepares to use a very powerful attack that could eradicate all the supernovas. Kaido prepares himself, taking some time to concentrate. The supernovas feel that this is going to be the end of them if they get caught in this attack and they should stop Kaido right now. Law needs to rest a bit before he could teleports everyone again as he had abused his rooms earlier. Law shouts to everyone to stay put and he then immediately launches some giant rocks on Kaido, but the rocks cannot get past the CoC lighting surrounding Kaido as he is charging up. The giant rocks are reduced to dust. Law realized they cannot just approach Kaido right now and advised the others to stay away from kaido. Kid asked Law to just teleport Kaido off the island, to which Law replied that the Haki of Kaido is too powerful and that he can barely influence the area around Kaido. As Kaido is ready to launch this powerful attack (an attack similar to the Kaido and Big Mom combined attack) , Law uses room and creates a small crack on the ground underneath Kaido's right foot. This causes Kaido to lose balance and for his attack to deviate a little in its trajectory but not enough to be safe for the supernovas as they would not be able to dodge this. Since they cannot dodge this attack or counter it, Zoro jumped in and blocked the attack only for a few seconds for law to get them all out of the way. Zoro is heavily injured in the process but can still move. Law is surprised at Zoro for blocking this attack and can see that Zoro has taken a lot of damage just by blocking this attack. Law realized that they were able to get through this because Kaido's attack went a little to the right and not directly at them.
Kaido is gasping for a short moment after launching this all-out attack. Kaido then praises the supernovas for surviving this. We then saw half of the Horn of Onigashima that was caught in this attack is gone, reduced to dust. Law sees this and is shocked that they are still alive. Luffy and Kid charged on kaido head on as they see kaido is taking his breath. Luffy reaches Kaido first, but Kaido lands a big hit on Luffy that KO'ed him. As Kid is rushing towards Kaido, he is collecting scrap of iron, but this is taking some time. As Kaido is going for the kill, Zoro intervenes and severely damages kaido. Zoro severely wounded Kaido by giving his all and demonstrated he has CoC. Kaido prepares to attack Zoro but is hit by Kid in the head. Kaido quickly recovers and Kid is immediately knocked down. Zoro is exhausted from using enma and cannot move anymore. Kaido attacks both Law and Zoro with a thunder bagua. Law used a technique to absorb most of the thunder bagua's damage. Law also manages to instinctively protect Zoro. Luffy recovers and has finally understood how to coat his attacks with CoC and also how to defend himself with CoC after thoroughly observing Kaido. Luffy proceeds to attack Kaido and we got these awesome panels of Luffy attacks not touching Kaido but still dealing a great deal of damage. Luffy and Kaido even split the sky during this confrontation. Kaido is happy as only few people can use CoC coating, and he explained that even experienced CoC users have difficulty using CoC coating. Kaido smiles as he sees a challenge in luffy. Luffy fights Kaido for a while and is able to stand his own but has not fully mastered CoC coating yet as kaido and he is soon overwhelmed by kaido. Luffy is knocked down again and is barely concious. Suddenly, Yamato intervenes before kaido can finish luffy for good.
Zoro being completely exhausted from using enma is teleported by law to the alliance where he is treated immediately. After some treatment, Zoro is healed back to health and decides to help Sanji. Marco is exhausted from holding king and queen together and also providing healing to the whole alliance with his flames. Marco has dealed some good damage on Queen and King, but he is at his limit. Chopper has reached his limit and is unable to move for the moment. Sanji is now holding queen and King but with extreme difficulties. Zoro intervenes at some point and takes on King. Zoro and Sanji defeat their opponents but are exhausted and are unconscious after their long challenging fights. Franky will carry zoro to safety while Sanji is nursed by the woman with the mouse after protecting her from Queen. Zoro will be unconscious throughout the raid. Sanji will wake up at some point, though he is not 100% healed, Sanji said he can still be of use and can still fight. Sanji thanked the lady and went to join the alliance immediately.
Yamato is holding her own and damaging Kaido heavily. Even Kaido realizes something is different with Yamato in a bubble thought. They have fought countless times now, so why it is different this time. Kaido suddenly realized Yamato is no longer wearing her seastone cuffs. Yamato then transforms in her hybrid form. Kaido realizes that he has indirectly made Yamato stronger than she should be by making her wear these seastone cuffs. All the time. All these times Yamato was challenging the Beast Pirates and him, she had these cuffs on. Yamato and Kaido start exchanging blows. At some point, it is clear that Yamato has more raw strength than Kaido as she is able to deflect a two handed Kanabo attack from Kaido. Even Kaido is suprised by this. A raged Yamato then proceeds to hit Kaido directly to the head by putting all her strength. Kaido is knocked down to the ground headfirst. Kaido at this point is carrying Onigashima. Kaido was unconcious for few seconds but suddenly wake up in rage. Kaido and Yamato start exchanging violent blows. At some point Yamato's mask is completely broken due to the blows of kaido and it is revealed Yamato is a woman. Since she was treated as a man by Kaido, she acts as one. Yamato is soon overwhelmed by Kaido and is on her knees. Yamato may have more raw strength than Kaido but when it comes to stamina, Kaido is unmatched. Kaido proceeds to knock Yamato on her back and to repeatedly hit Yamato with great force. During this whole fight, kaido and Yamato are not talking, they just go at it. You can clearly see the hatred of Yamato towards Kaido as each of her blows are meant for killing. Kaido quickly adapts to the immense raw strength of Yamato and is able to turn the fight in his favour very quickly. Meanwhile, Law is providing basic medical treatment to himself, Kid and Luffy. Law had to teleport Zoro as he needed special treatment right now, which he is unable to provide.
Law and Kid who are able to move again decide to give it their all and to use their awakening. Both attack at the same time and protect Yamato. They severely damage Kaido sending him flying and causing him to fall from Onigashima. Law and Kid fall down and are unable to move. Yamato, on the ground, is exhausted but can still move, she took a rough beating and is covered in blood. Luffy woke up and regained his Haki. The combined attack of Law and Kid has severely damaged Kaido making him lose consciousness for 1 sec before transforming into a dragon and making his way to the roof of Onigashima. Kaido arrives and is furious but also happy that it has been a while since he was wounded like this. We then saw a big wound around Kaido's chest, bleeding excessively next to the wound caused by Zoro. Luffy who just woke up has no choice but to fight Kaido as the others are exhausted. We then have a 1v1 where Luffy uses G4 and alternates between the forms of G4. Snake man to be more agile and to dodge kaido extremely fast attacks. Tankman is used to counter attacks of kaido that cannot be dodged and that Luffy is forced to take head on. Boundman is mostly used to deal extremely high damage to the area Law and Kid have attacked Kaido previously. With CoC coating, luffy is more efficient with his Haki usage and has complete mastery over G4 now. Luffy is now able to deal more damage to Kaido while also protecting himself. Yamato is forced to take Law and Kid to safety while Luffy is fighting. Yamato also realized that Onigashima is going to fall.
Luffy is standing his ground, landing big attacks while dodging Kaido attacks. With Kaido being tired, Onigashima starts to lose height gradually until it is very close to the ground. Luffy lands a big hit on Kaido wound and causes the clouds around Onigashima to disappear. Onigashima falls very near to the Capital which alerted the people of Wano. Seeing the battle going on, the wano people decide to stop partying and to take their weapons and to go fighting immediately. With the people of Wano, the gifters turned allied and the samurais, the beast pirate army is soon at a disadvantage in number at this point of the raid. Soon the beast pirate army is overwhelmed and the knocked down tobi roppo are chained using seastone chains. The Beast pirates are all captured and forced to surrender to the great surprise of the CP0 who are observing in the shadow. One CP0 member mentioned that as long as Kaido is standing, victory is not guaranteed for the SH's alliance.
Kaido is bleeding a lot and Luffy is at his limit too and covered with severe wounds. Luffy and Kaido exchange a blow and Luffy is sent flying far away while Kaido falls on one knee exhausted. Kaido smiles as Luffy had managed to make him exhausted and decides to praise him for forcing him to put Onigashima down and acknowledges Luffy as a pirate and not a brat. Kaido finds a barrel of rum by chance and drinks it, shouting now this is a pirate fight. Luffy is lying on the ground still conscious but out of Haki. Luffy stands up, glares at Kaido but we can see he is barely able to stand. Kaido walked confidently towards Luffy while drinking. Suddenly the Samurais and Alliances arrive to back up Luffy who needs to take his breath and regain his haki. The alliances use the weapons of onigashima against Kaido after having made the beast pirates their prisoners. They attack kaido from very far away. Kaido realizes his crews have been defeated and captured. Kaido releases his CoC (even the alliances are very far) , causing most of the wano people to fall unconscious. Luffy observes and realizes he has a lot to learn about CoC. Kaido continues to walk towards Luffy and the remaining alliances that are still conscious continue to shoot Kaido but he keeps moving towards Luffy while dodging flawlessly the incoming cannonballs. The remaining samurai decided to charge at great speed towards Kaido and they all attacked him at once using a heavy combined slice attack on kaido. This attack connects with Kaido's wound on his chest, making Kaido falters. Kaido fights back and once he is done with the samurais, he goes for luffy again.
The strawhats intervened. Nami and Usopp being very far away from Kaido, both launched a long-distance attack with devastating capabilities. Nami used a lightning attack from Zeus which left Kaido standing for a moment. After this attack, Zeus is completely weakened and unable to float. Nami's attack seems to have acted like a flashbang on Kaido. Nami is shocked as it is her most powerful attack and what it does was to just leave Kaido a bit disoriented. Usopp's attack, on the other hand, is to grow giant-like roots (similar to the first Hokage in Naruto). Usopp, being a skilled sniper, launched the seeds precisely around Kaido, who was still disoriented and did not bother to jump. The roots grow extremely fast, strangling kaido. Usopp explained that these roots are known to be strong enough to strangle sea monsters to death and durable enough to immobilize Sea kings. Though Sea kings are able to destroy the roots, they are left exhausted in the process and unable to move for hours. He has seen their devastating capabilities on the Boin Archipelago and has taken him a whole 1 year and half to add these monster roots to his arsenal in a practical way. This plant works completely differently as it grows underground, and its roots are above. However, Kaido just used a fire breath to Usopp's horror. Usopp never thought of Kaido setting himself on fire. As much as the roots are strong, if they are burnt, they will not hold kaido for long and Kaido seems to endure his own fire well(a hint to what is coming). Kaido is immobilized for the moment and suddenly with a roar, he breaks free from the carbonized roots. The roar of kaido is so loud that it forces the nearby alliances to cover their ears. Kaido looked at Nami and Usopp, causing them to fall on their knees in complete despair. Jinbe is there too but he is not intimidated at all. Jinbe said that they have managed to get his attention. Meanwhile Luffy is shouting at Kaido to leave his crew alone and that this fight is just between them. Kaido replied that he is not interested in small preys and that he will deal with them later. He continues toward luffy. Sanji, sensing the others on the roof with his observation's haki, uses skywalk to go to the roof in no time. Sanji asked what happened and Nami explained that luffy needs to regain his haki and they need to buy time. They tried to get Kaido's attention to leave luffy alone, but they have failed.
Jinbe and Sanji jumped in. At high speed , Jinbe gets close to Kaido, waits for Kaido to launch an attack and dodge it. He then counterattacks and sends Kaido backward with a Vagabond drill. (Just like for BM). Kaido laughs and is surprised to see the knight of the sea with the SHs. Kaido commented that Jinbe is as skilled as the people said, no wonder the big hag had him in her crew. Jinbe's attack is able to hurt Kaido but not enough to stop Kaido. Kaido attacks Jinbe who manages to block it (like BM). Sanji jumps in and uses his last remaining strength to launch an ifrit attack. Since Enies lobby, it was shown that Sanji diable jambe is able to bypass tekkai and tough skin (except kuma). Ifrit jambe is able to bypass Kaido's tough skin and to hurt him internally. The attack is to the chin, causing kaido to spit a little blood and to lose his balance. However, Sanji is at his limit and falls to the ground. He has also taken a lot of damage while attacking kaido and commenting that the skin of Kaido is tougher than a pacifista by a large scale. With this little support provided by Sanji, Jinbe is able to fully deflect Kaido's attack and to counterattack again using more strength this time. Jinbe falls on his knees and is exhausted. This vagabond drill was strong enough to send kaido flying and made him cough a lot of blood. As kaido is flying backward, he launched a boro breath. Jinbe instinctively grabs Sanji, and they are blown away very far due the explosion. Both are wounded with Jinbe taking most of the fire damage. They are still conscious and are frustrated as kaido is not down. Kaido is impressed by the level of Jinbe's fish karate and how it is able to bypass his tough skin.
Meanwhile, Marco is treating the wounded downstairs since he is the only doctor who can move. Due to Kaido's CoC release earlier, some of the mink doctors and nurses were knocked down. He is a bit overwhelmed for now. Brook is helping Marco while watching other Robin and Zoro who are unconscious. Marco is also exhausted and said he needs to regain his strength.
Franky arrives on the roof and sees Nami and Usopp completely in fear. Franky immediately reassures them and says it is time to use his weapon that he has designed specifically for Kaido. He charges up a type of red radical beam with black lightning and launches it with great precision. The beam covers the great distance between them and kaido in no time. Kaido is even impressed at the speed and takes it directly to the stomach. The explosion is not big but the rocks around Kaido were vaporized. Kaido falls on his knees this time but seems to be still conscious. The beam has managed to pierce his very tough skin and is causing him to bleed. The wound is deep but not severe. Franky's battery is completely drained, and he falls down on the ground, motionless. Franky is devastated to see Kaido is still conscious and did not take major damage from his attack.
Kaido is impressed and looks at the SHs. He then said to Luffy that his crew is composed of exceptional fighters, too bad they are going to see their captain get killed just as he did. Then, Kaido said that luffy should not worry, he will not kill them, and he will make them his subordinates. Their raid has cost him a lot and he needs to recruit now. Kaido mentions that Luffy's spirit is strong, and it is clear that he will not be able to break Luffy's will. He has no choice now but to kill Luffy. Being drunk due to the drink before, Kaido cries a bit at the idea (crying drunk) saying that luffy would have been a great asset to his crew, but suddenly is very furious saying that the world does not need this many conquerors. His demeanour changed completely, and he said he will kill Luffy now (Homicidal drunk). Kaido stands and continues to walk towards luffy while wheezing heavily. (Using boro breath too much has some side effects it seems). Kaido prepares for his final blow. However, Yamato suddenly intervened and blocked the attack of Kaido with difficulties. Luffy goes Gear 4 after regaining his haki and both use a combination of strong attacks to repel kaido. Kaido soon found himself overwhelmed by the speed of Luffy and Yamato and the unending chains of strong attacks coming his way. At one point, Kaido falls on one knee, Luffy uses an Over Kong gun and Yamato uses a Thunder Bagua. They attacked at the same time, hitting Kaido directly in the face. The combined attack sends Kaido flying a long distance until he falls on his back.
Meanwhile, Big mom finally arrives at the waterfall of Wano after a long travel and having to fight marines who got in her way and slowed her down. BM pirates are preparing to go up the waterfall, but they are suddenly intercepted by the red-haired pirates.The big mom pirates have a small clash with the red hair pirates. BM Pirates are holding their grounds, with Big mom being more frustrated that Red Hair is in her way. BM was already annoyed as she had to fight countless marine ships before she could made it to Wano. Shanks flexes his monstruous CoC by sending long distance black lightnings, paralyzing most of the BM's commanders. BM has to intervene and to help her commanders to collect themselves and to continue the fighting. Shanks then jumped followed by Big mom, both having a brief sword clash in the air with black lightning. They both return to their ship. Suddenly, the Big Mom pirates received a call, forcing them to retreat. It is later revealed that the Blackbeard pirates have just attacked BM's territory and have destroyed most of the islands, stolen the red poneglyph and Pudding. BM said to Shanks that he is lucky that she has more important things to deal with right now. BM is furious because before she left her territory, she had made sure that all her islands are fully defended. She has even made sure that all defences are fully operational and prepared for incoming attacks.
(With Big Mom being forced to retreat, we avoid her from being turned into a joke and we also understand why it is not easy for a yonko to just leave his/her territory. Also Shanks made his moves as Oda promised and not to promote film red. Also, he was known to be keeping world balance until the world is right to change, so it is not out of place. He did the same with Kaido who wanted to go against WB during the marineford war.)
Kaido is exhausted, on his back but not Ko'ed. The combined attack of Luffy and Yamato broke one of Kaido's horn. Kaido stands up again and is breathing heavily. Yamato is exhausted on one knee, but Luffy is still determined to fight. Kaido sensed Shanks' Haki nearby. Kaido said to himself in a bubble thought, so this is the brat you told me about Red Hair when we met back then ( when Kaido was going to Marineford and was stopped by Shanks). Kaido smiles and says, " it is just as you promised Red hair." Kaido who is still in thoughts " It has been a long since i was challenged like this. I have never had so much like this. Can this be the moment...". We do not see the thought of Kaido anymore.
On the ground, Kaido sets himself on fire using a new technique. This fire is so hot that the rocks around him starts melting and the ground surrounding him become very dry. Kaido transforms into his dragon form and goes into the air. Luffy asked yamato to launch him in the air and Luffy follows Kaido in the air. Kaido said, " You got some nerves to challenge an emperor, Strawhat Luffy ". Above Kaido, Luffy in G4 manages to maintain himself afloat and prepares his attack. Luffy creates a king kong gun which he infuses with CoC. Kaido said that he is going to vaporize Luffy's arm. Luffy replied that he will be the pirate king, he will free Wano and he will surpass kaido. (It is clear at this point Kaido is on the defensive.) They clashed for a brief moment. There is black lightning, and luffy's punch is not touching Kaido's body. However, the heat is extreme and can be seen to burn Luffy's arm. However, Kaido is sent to the ground with extreme violence and Kaido continues with the momentum until he falls into a magma chamber of Wano. CP0 witnessed the scene and decided to leave immediately as they also sensed Shanks' haki nearby and were not expecting Kaido to lose. Luffy's right arm is severely burnt in the process and Luffy passes out from exhaustion. He falls but is intercepted in the air by Marco who has finally made it to the roof. Yamato uses her cold breath on the burns as the remaining alliances rush towards luffy. Jinbe is still on the ground with Sanji. The alliances help them to stand and to walk towards luffy. Marco immediately provides medical treatment to luffy.
Shanks realizes Luffy and his allies have won and decides to leave as they need to take care of Barto.
Luffy woke up a week later and looked at his right arm which now has a huge burn scar. ( like Aokiji) Luffy has a determined face.(G5 will be the point where luffy fruit is fully awakened and luffy has now controlled over 100% of his fruit and his haki. The gum gum no mi can have two awakenings which is rare for a DF. This a route that could be taken to make the Gum gum no mi special in a way without breaking everything. Just as a fruit is unique, Oda can introduce a new concept that each fruit has a passive hidden ability granted to the user. i.e Enel's fruit will revive the user if possible after his heart stops like defibrillators. BB's fruit can have like a special kind of void allowing him to store 1 or 2 fruits and to gain access to their ability one at a time. However, the restriction for this to work , he needs to be in possession of the fruit itself and BB must collect it as soon as the user died...etc)
Luffy returned to his goofy self and shouted for food as usual. His crewmates rushed towards him, some smiling and some crying. All shouting " Luffy is awake.". Luffy is very thin due to abusing G4 and seems to have gotten some white hair due to the stress on his body. His skin is also pale gray, showing he has lost a lot of blood. Luffy is also not able to use his DF power though and to stretch after waking up. He quickly regains his strength after eating some meat but still needs some rest and people to help him while walking. Later, they visit the graves of the fallen warriors of the raid to pay them respect before throwing a victory party. Momo is there too, and he has greatly matured even if he is still 8. He thanks Luffy and promises Luffy he will train to become the strongest samurai and he intends to be the best shogun of wano. The party starts and everyone is partying, except for Yamato. Momo saw Yamato being in a corner eating very little and seem in deep thought. At this point Momo approached her and gave her something to eat which was more filling. He then encourages Yamato to have fun and to join them as she played a major role in this raid's victory. Yamato accepts but Momo can still see that Yamato is hiding something. Yamato talks to Momo and she said that she wants to make things right and she then said she wants to train Momo personally on how to use Haki and his dragon powers. To which Momo accepted, thinking that maybe this is why Yamato is acting shy.
Kid and law arrive at the party and decide to put their differences aside only for this night and drink with the alliances. Law and kid are also recovering and mentioned that they are still not used to their awakening. Kinemon is with his wife during the whole party. Zoro is drinking and Hyori is with him to the great displeasure of Momo. Sanji is with the woman she saved during the raid and is having fun cooking for the people. Everyone is partying and having fun. The next day luffy is able to stretch like normal.
The marines being busy with the ex-warlords, blackbeard pirates having some little clash with big mom pirates over the new world and shanks looking for barto, Wano is quiet for now. Luffy can recover peacefully after this terrible battle.
After a month, Luffy (fully recovered) declares Wano under his protection and gives momo his flag as it is time for them to leave wano. As for Yamato, she wants to protect Wano as Oden did and decided to help Momo until he is ready to protect Wano himself. Seeing momo being skillful with his DF, luffy asked momo who taught him all of these moves. Momo said that Yamato helped him and Yamato seems to know this fruit's capabilities by heart. Momo has even made some huge progress being able to use boro breath in his child dragon form. Momo, being close to Yamato now, asks her in front of the SHs and remaining red scabbards how she knows all of this. He then mentioned that Yamato has been with them for weeks now and has not eaten a lot and talked a lot. Yamato until now has presented herself as a rebel who wanted to free Wano from Kaido and who was inspired by Oden. Yamato then explained in extreme difficulty that Kaido was her father. Everyone was shocked when Yamato mentioned that she is related to Kaido. Everyone saw that it is tough for Yamato to talk about this so Luffy stops her. Luffy, who has a lot of meat with him at this time, gives Yamato one piece of meat to which Yamato eats it while in tears. Feeling comfortable and welcome, Yamato starts eating a lot until she is full and falls asleep immediately. Everyone commented that this is the first time they saw Yamato eating this much, as if a huge burden was removed from her shoulders. Momo is also being trained by Kinemon to use swords and momo can now use basic sword skills. Momo also has little sword skirmishes with Zoro, who is not as soft as kinemon.
Yamato is no longer forced to wear a mask and we can have these funny moments where she would put a mask on her face just because she is used to have her face covered. The SHs and the Scabbards have to continuously remind Yamato to remove her mask. While connecting with the SHs, Yamato discovered the extraordinary food of Sanji and loved to eat the food made by Sanji, to the great pleasure of Sanji. While Zoro is training, Yamato joins him, and they have some little skirmishes. Yamato, being a master of CoC coating, helped Zoro in refining his use of CoC while on wano. As for Luffy, Yamato greatly admired Luffy and even compared Luffy as oden, they eat together. Yamato even declares meat as her new favorite food now. Robin and Nami helped Yamato to relax and to embrace her feminity by going through a spa and buying clothes. Even though Yamato manages to relax and has fun, she has difficulties around women and doing women stuff. After one day, Yamato is exhausted as she is not used to act like a woman and says she would prefer to join the guys from now on to the great shock of Robin and Nami. Nami and Robin accept Yamato's choice. Yamato is amazed at Franky's technologies and is scared of Brook initially but is charmed by the music of Brook. Robin taught her a bit about the outside world and Nami showed her maps of the world to which Yamato was shocked as she had spent most of her time in Wano. Yamato calls Jinbe a yokai but is later corrected by Jinbe. Yamato calls Chopper a tanuki and is immediately corrected by Chopper. It was Chopper who treated Yamato while she was wounded. Chopper was amazed that even after all these wounds, Yamato never lost consciousness but was just exhausted and unable to move. During that whole time Yamato was not eating a lot either and was able to recover faster than everyone. Usopp will lie to Yamato about his adventures while also dupping Chopper, the usual.
While momo was ashamed of his dragon form (since it will bring bad memories) , the people of wano quickly overcame this and are happier to see the kozuki back to their place. Momo is more confident in this form now and is sometimes seen using his clouds to fly and travel. Momo is also able to lift things with his clouds, carrying water containers to villages. He intends to change the view the people of Wano have on dragons from fear/hate to hope.
Most of the low ranks of the beast pirates are converted into labor and are helping in bringing wano to its beautiful days by planting trees, closing the weapon factories and healing the wounded or sick, cleaning the rivers ,etc. This was the condition given to them by Momo who is showing mercy. However, the high ranks of beast pirates are considered dangerous criminals that should be in prison with no hope of escape. Queen and King are imprisoned and are being watched 24/7. The tobi roppo are all in jail like queen and king. They are severely guarded with no hope of escaping. Jack is dead due to his wounds. A lot of minks died while facing Jack , so Carrot will stay with Wanda in Wano for now to help the survivors (heavily injured) and the leaders of the mink.
While looking in Queen's lab, Franky and Chopper discover crucial information. Franky discovers stolen Vegapunk's tech, Queen's technology and beneficial ways to enhance his robots. Chopper learnt more about drug creation and medicine. He soon finds a way to cure the smile's side effects, the people will now be able to show their true emotions and not just laugh. However, Chopper cannot remove the effect of them being deadweight in water. So, Chopper decided to work on a permanent smile cure for now on. Robin and law discovered the poneglyph and the history of Wano, the secret of Pluton and also the red poneglyph of kaido.
During this one month of stay in Wano, Luffy has taken the opportunity to further refine his CoC coating with the help of Yamato for 1 week. After that, Luffy (even not fully recovered) trained very hard and developed G5 on his own. Though at this point of the story, it is not shown to us the readers. Yamato shows luffy this secret place and said this was her hideout and since she is free now, she does not have to come here anymore and tell Luffy that he is free to do anything he wants to this place. They trained there for 1 week. Once Luffy is as skillful with CoC coating as Yamato, Yamato decides that he can leave Luffy to practise on his own now. As Yamato is leaving, We can have a panel of luffy facing huge mountains. The next time we see luffy, a couple of days has passed, the mountains have been razed and the landscape completely changed. Luffy said " This is it! I have finally mastered it ! I will be able to provide more protection to my Nakama." in a confident way. We get to see luffy's hands which are bloody from the training, but Luffy is happy with a huge smile. He picks his stuffs and says, " it is time to return to the flower capital."
The newspapers are brought by law during their last day in Wano. Luffy received a 3 billion bounty and the title of emperor while Law and Kidd received a slightly lower bounty than luffy. Law -> 2.6 billion and kid -> 2.7 billion. We also got news of the new organization of buggy, crocodile and Mihawk with the same bounty given to them in the original story. Here buggy is given a new title and is referred to as the lord of the underworld or something. We could still have the same story with Buggy having to return money to crocodile. We get some reactions from the other emperors. Big mom, after returning to Whole Cake island and chasing the BB pirates, is shocked that Kaido was defeated by these brats. The damages caused mostly by BB pirates forces BM to stay quiet for now as most of her territory is gone and she has lost countless ships. ( this shows how terrifying BB pirates can be.) The councils of BM pirates tell her that it will take years to recover from the damage done. Katakuri was able to protect Whole cake island, but he has been severely wounded as he has to fight the germa 66 and the BB pirates back-to-back as BM was absent. BM acknowledged Katakuri again and decided to forgive him for his defeat against Luffy. BM is furious about these brats (kid, luffy, shanks and Teach) who just come and do as they please. She was careless and underestimated them. After she is done with her territory and everything is back to normal, she swears to make them all pay. Then we have Blackbeard himself who is on his way to Amazon Lily while fighting Marines. BB laughs and declares that Luffy is now in the game too, he also thanks Luffy for distracting this monster that is BM. Shanks smiles as usual. Akainu is angry that Luffy is having his way and is frustrated that he cannot touch Wano right now. Marco says his goodbye to Luffy and flies away. The strawhats leaves wano to reach the next island. The story proceeds as usual and they say their goodbye to wano.

The story starts where Kaido is fighting the supernovas. Thank you for those who will be reading this. Please remember this is just my opinion.
Good Read:
Though the supernovas are standing their ground, Kaido proves to them that he is the superior fighter. As much as the supernovas are attacking Kaido, they still feel at a disadvantage as they should always keep in mind that any attack from kaido could be enough to end them. With the support of Law, the supernovas are made untouchable as Law can strategically teleport them out of danger or positioning them where they will have better chance of landing an attack. Afterall, no matter how powerful you are, if your attacks do not land then you are powerless. Law is still on his guards and also is starting to get tired from abusing his rooms. At some point, Law feels that things are too easy and is preparing for the worst from Kaido. Kaido indeed shows that he has something up his sleeves.
At some point, Kaido prepares to use a very powerful attack that could eradicate all the supernovas. Kaido prepares himself, taking some time to concentrate. The supernovas feel that this is going to be the end of them if they get caught in this attack and they should stop Kaido right now. Law needs to rest a bit before he could teleports everyone again as he had abused his rooms earlier. Law shouts to everyone to stay put and he then immediately launches some giant rocks on Kaido, but the rocks cannot get past the CoC lighting surrounding Kaido as he is charging up. The giant rocks are reduced to dust. Law realized they cannot just approach Kaido right now and advised the others to stay away from kaido. Kid asked Law to just teleport Kaido off the island, to which Law replied that the Haki of Kaido is too powerful and that he can barely influence the area around Kaido. As Kaido is ready to launch this powerful attack (an attack similar to the Kaido and Big Mom combined attack) , Law uses room and creates a small crack on the ground underneath Kaido's right foot. This causes Kaido to lose balance and for his attack to deviate a little in its trajectory but not enough to be safe for the supernovas as they would not be able to dodge this. Since they cannot dodge this attack or counter it, Zoro jumped in and blocked the attack only for a few seconds for law to get them all out of the way. Zoro is heavily injured in the process but can still move. Law is surprised at Zoro for blocking this attack and can see that Zoro has taken a lot of damage just by blocking this attack. Law realized that they were able to get through this because Kaido's attack went a little to the right and not directly at them.
Kaido is gasping for a short moment after launching this all-out attack. Kaido then praises the supernovas for surviving this. We then saw half of the Horn of Onigashima that was caught in this attack is gone, reduced to dust. Law sees this and is shocked that they are still alive. Luffy and Kid charged on kaido head on as they see kaido is taking his breath. Luffy reaches Kaido first, but Kaido lands a big hit on Luffy that KO'ed him. As Kid is rushing towards Kaido, he is collecting scrap of iron, but this is taking some time. As Kaido is going for the kill, Zoro intervenes and severely damages kaido. Zoro severely wounded Kaido by giving his all and demonstrated he has CoC. Kaido prepares to attack Zoro but is hit by Kid in the head. Kaido quickly recovers and Kid is immediately knocked down. Zoro is exhausted from using enma and cannot move anymore. Kaido attacks both Law and Zoro with a thunder bagua. Law used a technique to absorb most of the thunder bagua's damage. Law also manages to instinctively protect Zoro. Luffy recovers and has finally understood how to coat his attacks with CoC and also how to defend himself with CoC after thoroughly observing Kaido. Luffy proceeds to attack Kaido and we got these awesome panels of Luffy attacks not touching Kaido but still dealing a great deal of damage. Luffy and Kaido even split the sky during this confrontation. Kaido is happy as only few people can use CoC coating, and he explained that even experienced CoC users have difficulty using CoC coating. Kaido smiles as he sees a challenge in luffy. Luffy fights Kaido for a while and is able to stand his own but has not fully mastered CoC coating yet as kaido and he is soon overwhelmed by kaido. Luffy is knocked down again and is barely concious. Suddenly, Yamato intervenes before kaido can finish luffy for good.
Zoro being completely exhausted from using enma is teleported by law to the alliance where he is treated immediately. After some treatment, Zoro is healed back to health and decides to help Sanji. Marco is exhausted from holding king and queen together and also providing healing to the whole alliance with his flames. Marco has dealed some good damage on Queen and King, but he is at his limit. Chopper has reached his limit and is unable to move for the moment. Sanji is now holding queen and King but with extreme difficulties. Zoro intervenes at some point and takes on King. Zoro and Sanji defeat their opponents but are exhausted and are unconscious after their long challenging fights. Franky will carry zoro to safety while Sanji is nursed by the woman with the mouse after protecting her from Queen. Zoro will be unconscious throughout the raid. Sanji will wake up at some point, though he is not 100% healed, Sanji said he can still be of use and can still fight. Sanji thanked the lady and went to join the alliance immediately.
Yamato is holding her own and damaging Kaido heavily. Even Kaido realizes something is different with Yamato in a bubble thought. They have fought countless times now, so why it is different this time. Kaido suddenly realized Yamato is no longer wearing her seastone cuffs. Yamato then transforms in her hybrid form. Kaido realizes that he has indirectly made Yamato stronger than she should be by making her wear these seastone cuffs. All the time. All these times Yamato was challenging the Beast Pirates and him, she had these cuffs on. Yamato and Kaido start exchanging blows. At some point, it is clear that Yamato has more raw strength than Kaido as she is able to deflect a two handed Kanabo attack from Kaido. Even Kaido is suprised by this. A raged Yamato then proceeds to hit Kaido directly to the head by putting all her strength. Kaido is knocked down to the ground headfirst. Kaido at this point is carrying Onigashima. Kaido was unconcious for few seconds but suddenly wake up in rage. Kaido and Yamato start exchanging violent blows. At some point Yamato's mask is completely broken due to the blows of kaido and it is revealed Yamato is a woman. Since she was treated as a man by Kaido, she acts as one. Yamato is soon overwhelmed by Kaido and is on her knees. Yamato may have more raw strength than Kaido but when it comes to stamina, Kaido is unmatched. Kaido proceeds to knock Yamato on her back and to repeatedly hit Yamato with great force. During this whole fight, kaido and Yamato are not talking, they just go at it. You can clearly see the hatred of Yamato towards Kaido as each of her blows are meant for killing. Kaido quickly adapts to the immense raw strength of Yamato and is able to turn the fight in his favour very quickly. Meanwhile, Law is providing basic medical treatment to himself, Kid and Luffy. Law had to teleport Zoro as he needed special treatment right now, which he is unable to provide.
Law and Kid who are able to move again decide to give it their all and to use their awakening. Both attack at the same time and protect Yamato. They severely damage Kaido sending him flying and causing him to fall from Onigashima. Law and Kid fall down and are unable to move. Yamato, on the ground, is exhausted but can still move, she took a rough beating and is covered in blood. Luffy woke up and regained his Haki. The combined attack of Law and Kid has severely damaged Kaido making him lose consciousness for 1 sec before transforming into a dragon and making his way to the roof of Onigashima. Kaido arrives and is furious but also happy that it has been a while since he was wounded like this. We then saw a big wound around Kaido's chest, bleeding excessively next to the wound caused by Zoro. Luffy who just woke up has no choice but to fight Kaido as the others are exhausted. We then have a 1v1 where Luffy uses G4 and alternates between the forms of G4. Snake man to be more agile and to dodge kaido extremely fast attacks. Tankman is used to counter attacks of kaido that cannot be dodged and that Luffy is forced to take head on. Boundman is mostly used to deal extremely high damage to the area Law and Kid have attacked Kaido previously. With CoC coating, luffy is more efficient with his Haki usage and has complete mastery over G4 now. Luffy is now able to deal more damage to Kaido while also protecting himself. Yamato is forced to take Law and Kid to safety while Luffy is fighting. Yamato also realized that Onigashima is going to fall.
Luffy is standing his ground, landing big attacks while dodging Kaido attacks. With Kaido being tired, Onigashima starts to lose height gradually until it is very close to the ground. Luffy lands a big hit on Kaido wound and causes the clouds around Onigashima to disappear. Onigashima falls very near to the Capital which alerted the people of Wano. Seeing the battle going on, the wano people decide to stop partying and to take their weapons and to go fighting immediately. With the people of Wano, the gifters turned allied and the samurais, the beast pirate army is soon at a disadvantage in number at this point of the raid. Soon the beast pirate army is overwhelmed and the knocked down tobi roppo are chained using seastone chains. The Beast pirates are all captured and forced to surrender to the great surprise of the CP0 who are observing in the shadow. One CP0 member mentioned that as long as Kaido is standing, victory is not guaranteed for the SH's alliance.
Kaido is bleeding a lot and Luffy is at his limit too and covered with severe wounds. Luffy and Kaido exchange a blow and Luffy is sent flying far away while Kaido falls on one knee exhausted. Kaido smiles as Luffy had managed to make him exhausted and decides to praise him for forcing him to put Onigashima down and acknowledges Luffy as a pirate and not a brat. Kaido finds a barrel of rum by chance and drinks it, shouting now this is a pirate fight. Luffy is lying on the ground still conscious but out of Haki. Luffy stands up, glares at Kaido but we can see he is barely able to stand. Kaido walked confidently towards Luffy while drinking. Suddenly the Samurais and Alliances arrive to back up Luffy who needs to take his breath and regain his haki. The alliances use the weapons of onigashima against Kaido after having made the beast pirates their prisoners. They attack kaido from very far away. Kaido realizes his crews have been defeated and captured. Kaido releases his CoC (even the alliances are very far) , causing most of the wano people to fall unconscious. Luffy observes and realizes he has a lot to learn about CoC. Kaido continues to walk towards Luffy and the remaining alliances that are still conscious continue to shoot Kaido but he keeps moving towards Luffy while dodging flawlessly the incoming cannonballs. The remaining samurai decided to charge at great speed towards Kaido and they all attacked him at once using a heavy combined slice attack on kaido. This attack connects with Kaido's wound on his chest, making Kaido falters. Kaido fights back and once he is done with the samurais, he goes for luffy again.
The strawhats intervened. Nami and Usopp being very far away from Kaido, both launched a long-distance attack with devastating capabilities. Nami used a lightning attack from Zeus which left Kaido standing for a moment. After this attack, Zeus is completely weakened and unable to float. Nami's attack seems to have acted like a flashbang on Kaido. Nami is shocked as it is her most powerful attack and what it does was to just leave Kaido a bit disoriented. Usopp's attack, on the other hand, is to grow giant-like roots (similar to the first Hokage in Naruto). Usopp, being a skilled sniper, launched the seeds precisely around Kaido, who was still disoriented and did not bother to jump. The roots grow extremely fast, strangling kaido. Usopp explained that these roots are known to be strong enough to strangle sea monsters to death and durable enough to immobilize Sea kings. Though Sea kings are able to destroy the roots, they are left exhausted in the process and unable to move for hours. He has seen their devastating capabilities on the Boin Archipelago and has taken him a whole 1 year and half to add these monster roots to his arsenal in a practical way. This plant works completely differently as it grows underground, and its roots are above. However, Kaido just used a fire breath to Usopp's horror. Usopp never thought of Kaido setting himself on fire. As much as the roots are strong, if they are burnt, they will not hold kaido for long and Kaido seems to endure his own fire well(a hint to what is coming). Kaido is immobilized for the moment and suddenly with a roar, he breaks free from the carbonized roots. The roar of kaido is so loud that it forces the nearby alliances to cover their ears. Kaido looked at Nami and Usopp, causing them to fall on their knees in complete despair. Jinbe is there too but he is not intimidated at all. Jinbe said that they have managed to get his attention. Meanwhile Luffy is shouting at Kaido to leave his crew alone and that this fight is just between them. Kaido replied that he is not interested in small preys and that he will deal with them later. He continues toward luffy. Sanji, sensing the others on the roof with his observation's haki, uses skywalk to go to the roof in no time. Sanji asked what happened and Nami explained that luffy needs to regain his haki and they need to buy time. They tried to get Kaido's attention to leave luffy alone, but they have failed.
Jinbe and Sanji jumped in. At high speed , Jinbe gets close to Kaido, waits for Kaido to launch an attack and dodge it. He then counterattacks and sends Kaido backward with a Vagabond drill. (Just like for BM). Kaido laughs and is surprised to see the knight of the sea with the SHs. Kaido commented that Jinbe is as skilled as the people said, no wonder the big hag had him in her crew. Jinbe's attack is able to hurt Kaido but not enough to stop Kaido. Kaido attacks Jinbe who manages to block it (like BM). Sanji jumps in and uses his last remaining strength to launch an ifrit attack. Since Enies lobby, it was shown that Sanji diable jambe is able to bypass tekkai and tough skin (except kuma). Ifrit jambe is able to bypass Kaido's tough skin and to hurt him internally. The attack is to the chin, causing kaido to spit a little blood and to lose his balance. However, Sanji is at his limit and falls to the ground. He has also taken a lot of damage while attacking kaido and commenting that the skin of Kaido is tougher than a pacifista by a large scale. With this little support provided by Sanji, Jinbe is able to fully deflect Kaido's attack and to counterattack again using more strength this time. Jinbe falls on his knees and is exhausted. This vagabond drill was strong enough to send kaido flying and made him cough a lot of blood. As kaido is flying backward, he launched a boro breath. Jinbe instinctively grabs Sanji, and they are blown away very far due the explosion. Both are wounded with Jinbe taking most of the fire damage. They are still conscious and are frustrated as kaido is not down. Kaido is impressed by the level of Jinbe's fish karate and how it is able to bypass his tough skin.
Meanwhile, Marco is treating the wounded downstairs since he is the only doctor who can move. Due to Kaido's CoC release earlier, some of the mink doctors and nurses were knocked down. He is a bit overwhelmed for now. Brook is helping Marco while watching other Robin and Zoro who are unconscious. Marco is also exhausted and said he needs to regain his strength.
Franky arrives on the roof and sees Nami and Usopp completely in fear. Franky immediately reassures them and says it is time to use his weapon that he has designed specifically for Kaido. He charges up a type of red radical beam with black lightning and launches it with great precision. The beam covers the great distance between them and kaido in no time. Kaido is even impressed at the speed and takes it directly to the stomach. The explosion is not big but the rocks around Kaido were vaporized. Kaido falls on his knees this time but seems to be still conscious. The beam has managed to pierce his very tough skin and is causing him to bleed. The wound is deep but not severe. Franky's battery is completely drained, and he falls down on the ground, motionless. Franky is devastated to see Kaido is still conscious and did not take major damage from his attack.
Kaido is impressed and looks at the SHs. He then said to Luffy that his crew is composed of exceptional fighters, too bad they are going to see their captain get killed just as he did. Then, Kaido said that luffy should not worry, he will not kill them, and he will make them his subordinates. Their raid has cost him a lot and he needs to recruit now. Kaido mentions that Luffy's spirit is strong, and it is clear that he will not be able to break Luffy's will. He has no choice now but to kill Luffy. Being drunk due to the drink before, Kaido cries a bit at the idea (crying drunk) saying that luffy would have been a great asset to his crew, but suddenly is very furious saying that the world does not need this many conquerors. His demeanour changed completely, and he said he will kill Luffy now (Homicidal drunk). Kaido stands and continues to walk towards luffy while wheezing heavily. (Using boro breath too much has some side effects it seems). Kaido prepares for his final blow. However, Yamato suddenly intervened and blocked the attack of Kaido with difficulties. Luffy goes Gear 4 after regaining his haki and both use a combination of strong attacks to repel kaido. Kaido soon found himself overwhelmed by the speed of Luffy and Yamato and the unending chains of strong attacks coming his way. At one point, Kaido falls on one knee, Luffy uses an Over Kong gun and Yamato uses a Thunder Bagua. They attacked at the same time, hitting Kaido directly in the face. The combined attack sends Kaido flying a long distance until he falls on his back.
Meanwhile, Big mom finally arrives at the waterfall of Wano after a long travel and having to fight marines who got in her way and slowed her down. BM pirates are preparing to go up the waterfall, but they are suddenly intercepted by the red-haired pirates.The big mom pirates have a small clash with the red hair pirates. BM Pirates are holding their grounds, with Big mom being more frustrated that Red Hair is in her way. BM was already annoyed as she had to fight countless marine ships before she could made it to Wano. Shanks flexes his monstruous CoC by sending long distance black lightnings, paralyzing most of the BM's commanders. BM has to intervene and to help her commanders to collect themselves and to continue the fighting. Shanks then jumped followed by Big mom, both having a brief sword clash in the air with black lightning. They both return to their ship. Suddenly, the Big Mom pirates received a call, forcing them to retreat. It is later revealed that the Blackbeard pirates have just attacked BM's territory and have destroyed most of the islands, stolen the red poneglyph and Pudding. BM said to Shanks that he is lucky that she has more important things to deal with right now. BM is furious because before she left her territory, she had made sure that all her islands are fully defended. She has even made sure that all defences are fully operational and prepared for incoming attacks.
(With Big Mom being forced to retreat, we avoid her from being turned into a joke and we also understand why it is not easy for a yonko to just leave his/her territory. Also Shanks made his moves as Oda promised and not to promote film red. Also, he was known to be keeping world balance until the world is right to change, so it is not out of place. He did the same with Kaido who wanted to go against WB during the marineford war.)
Kaido is exhausted, on his back but not Ko'ed. The combined attack of Luffy and Yamato broke one of Kaido's horn. Kaido stands up again and is breathing heavily. Yamato is exhausted on one knee, but Luffy is still determined to fight. Kaido sensed Shanks' Haki nearby. Kaido said to himself in a bubble thought, so this is the brat you told me about Red Hair when we met back then ( when Kaido was going to Marineford and was stopped by Shanks). Kaido smiles and says, " it is just as you promised Red hair." Kaido who is still in thoughts " It has been a long since i was challenged like this. I have never had so much like this. Can this be the moment...". We do not see the thought of Kaido anymore.
On the ground, Kaido sets himself on fire using a new technique. This fire is so hot that the rocks around him starts melting and the ground surrounding him become very dry. Kaido transforms into his dragon form and goes into the air. Luffy asked yamato to launch him in the air and Luffy follows Kaido in the air. Kaido said, " You got some nerves to challenge an emperor, Strawhat Luffy ". Above Kaido, Luffy in G4 manages to maintain himself afloat and prepares his attack. Luffy creates a king kong gun which he infuses with CoC. Kaido said that he is going to vaporize Luffy's arm. Luffy replied that he will be the pirate king, he will free Wano and he will surpass kaido. (It is clear at this point Kaido is on the defensive.) They clashed for a brief moment. There is black lightning, and luffy's punch is not touching Kaido's body. However, the heat is extreme and can be seen to burn Luffy's arm. However, Kaido is sent to the ground with extreme violence and Kaido continues with the momentum until he falls into a magma chamber of Wano. CP0 witnessed the scene and decided to leave immediately as they also sensed Shanks' haki nearby and were not expecting Kaido to lose. Luffy's right arm is severely burnt in the process and Luffy passes out from exhaustion. He falls but is intercepted in the air by Marco who has finally made it to the roof. Yamato uses her cold breath on the burns as the remaining alliances rush towards luffy. Jinbe is still on the ground with Sanji. The alliances help them to stand and to walk towards luffy. Marco immediately provides medical treatment to luffy.
Shanks realizes Luffy and his allies have won and decides to leave as they need to take care of Barto.
Luffy woke up a week later and looked at his right arm which now has a huge burn scar. ( like Aokiji) Luffy has a determined face.(G5 will be the point where luffy fruit is fully awakened and luffy has now controlled over 100% of his fruit and his haki. The gum gum no mi can have two awakenings which is rare for a DF. This a route that could be taken to make the Gum gum no mi special in a way without breaking everything. Just as a fruit is unique, Oda can introduce a new concept that each fruit has a passive hidden ability granted to the user. i.e Enel's fruit will revive the user if possible after his heart stops like defibrillators. BB's fruit can have like a special kind of void allowing him to store 1 or 2 fruits and to gain access to their ability one at a time. However, the restriction for this to work , he needs to be in possession of the fruit itself and BB must collect it as soon as the user died...etc)
Luffy returned to his goofy self and shouted for food as usual. His crewmates rushed towards him, some smiling and some crying. All shouting " Luffy is awake.". Luffy is very thin due to abusing G4 and seems to have gotten some white hair due to the stress on his body. His skin is also pale gray, showing he has lost a lot of blood. Luffy is also not able to use his DF power though and to stretch after waking up. He quickly regains his strength after eating some meat but still needs some rest and people to help him while walking. Later, they visit the graves of the fallen warriors of the raid to pay them respect before throwing a victory party. Momo is there too, and he has greatly matured even if he is still 8. He thanks Luffy and promises Luffy he will train to become the strongest samurai and he intends to be the best shogun of wano. The party starts and everyone is partying, except for Yamato. Momo saw Yamato being in a corner eating very little and seem in deep thought. At this point Momo approached her and gave her something to eat which was more filling. He then encourages Yamato to have fun and to join them as she played a major role in this raid's victory. Yamato accepts but Momo can still see that Yamato is hiding something. Yamato talks to Momo and she said that she wants to make things right and she then said she wants to train Momo personally on how to use Haki and his dragon powers. To which Momo accepted, thinking that maybe this is why Yamato is acting shy.
Kid and law arrive at the party and decide to put their differences aside only for this night and drink with the alliances. Law and kid are also recovering and mentioned that they are still not used to their awakening. Kinemon is with his wife during the whole party. Zoro is drinking and Hyori is with him to the great displeasure of Momo. Sanji is with the woman she saved during the raid and is having fun cooking for the people. Everyone is partying and having fun. The next day luffy is able to stretch like normal.
The marines being busy with the ex-warlords, blackbeard pirates having some little clash with big mom pirates over the new world and shanks looking for barto, Wano is quiet for now. Luffy can recover peacefully after this terrible battle.
After a month, Luffy (fully recovered) declares Wano under his protection and gives momo his flag as it is time for them to leave wano. As for Yamato, she wants to protect Wano as Oden did and decided to help Momo until he is ready to protect Wano himself. Seeing momo being skillful with his DF, luffy asked momo who taught him all of these moves. Momo said that Yamato helped him and Yamato seems to know this fruit's capabilities by heart. Momo has even made some huge progress being able to use boro breath in his child dragon form. Momo, being close to Yamato now, asks her in front of the SHs and remaining red scabbards how she knows all of this. He then mentioned that Yamato has been with them for weeks now and has not eaten a lot and talked a lot. Yamato until now has presented herself as a rebel who wanted to free Wano from Kaido and who was inspired by Oden. Yamato then explained in extreme difficulty that Kaido was her father. Everyone was shocked when Yamato mentioned that she is related to Kaido. Everyone saw that it is tough for Yamato to talk about this so Luffy stops her. Luffy, who has a lot of meat with him at this time, gives Yamato one piece of meat to which Yamato eats it while in tears. Feeling comfortable and welcome, Yamato starts eating a lot until she is full and falls asleep immediately. Everyone commented that this is the first time they saw Yamato eating this much, as if a huge burden was removed from her shoulders. Momo is also being trained by Kinemon to use swords and momo can now use basic sword skills. Momo also has little sword skirmishes with Zoro, who is not as soft as kinemon.
Yamato is no longer forced to wear a mask and we can have these funny moments where she would put a mask on her face just because she is used to have her face covered. The SHs and the Scabbards have to continuously remind Yamato to remove her mask. While connecting with the SHs, Yamato discovered the extraordinary food of Sanji and loved to eat the food made by Sanji, to the great pleasure of Sanji. While Zoro is training, Yamato joins him, and they have some little skirmishes. Yamato, being a master of CoC coating, helped Zoro in refining his use of CoC while on wano. As for Luffy, Yamato greatly admired Luffy and even compared Luffy as oden, they eat together. Yamato even declares meat as her new favorite food now. Robin and Nami helped Yamato to relax and to embrace her feminity by going through a spa and buying clothes. Even though Yamato manages to relax and has fun, she has difficulties around women and doing women stuff. After one day, Yamato is exhausted as she is not used to act like a woman and says she would prefer to join the guys from now on to the great shock of Robin and Nami. Nami and Robin accept Yamato's choice. Yamato is amazed at Franky's technologies and is scared of Brook initially but is charmed by the music of Brook. Robin taught her a bit about the outside world and Nami showed her maps of the world to which Yamato was shocked as she had spent most of her time in Wano. Yamato calls Jinbe a yokai but is later corrected by Jinbe. Yamato calls Chopper a tanuki and is immediately corrected by Chopper. It was Chopper who treated Yamato while she was wounded. Chopper was amazed that even after all these wounds, Yamato never lost consciousness but was just exhausted and unable to move. During that whole time Yamato was not eating a lot either and was able to recover faster than everyone. Usopp will lie to Yamato about his adventures while also dupping Chopper, the usual.
While momo was ashamed of his dragon form (since it will bring bad memories) , the people of wano quickly overcame this and are happier to see the kozuki back to their place. Momo is more confident in this form now and is sometimes seen using his clouds to fly and travel. Momo is also able to lift things with his clouds, carrying water containers to villages. He intends to change the view the people of Wano have on dragons from fear/hate to hope.
Most of the low ranks of the beast pirates are converted into labor and are helping in bringing wano to its beautiful days by planting trees, closing the weapon factories and healing the wounded or sick, cleaning the rivers ,etc. This was the condition given to them by Momo who is showing mercy. However, the high ranks of beast pirates are considered dangerous criminals that should be in prison with no hope of escape. Queen and King are imprisoned and are being watched 24/7. The tobi roppo are all in jail like queen and king. They are severely guarded with no hope of escaping. Jack is dead due to his wounds. A lot of minks died while facing Jack , so Carrot will stay with Wanda in Wano for now to help the survivors (heavily injured) and the leaders of the mink.
While looking in Queen's lab, Franky and Chopper discover crucial information. Franky discovers stolen Vegapunk's tech, Queen's technology and beneficial ways to enhance his robots. Chopper learnt more about drug creation and medicine. He soon finds a way to cure the smile's side effects, the people will now be able to show their true emotions and not just laugh. However, Chopper cannot remove the effect of them being deadweight in water. So, Chopper decided to work on a permanent smile cure for now on. Robin and law discovered the poneglyph and the history of Wano, the secret of Pluton and also the red poneglyph of kaido.
During this one month of stay in Wano, Luffy has taken the opportunity to further refine his CoC coating with the help of Yamato for 1 week. After that, Luffy (even not fully recovered) trained very hard and developed G5 on his own. Though at this point of the story, it is not shown to us the readers. Yamato shows luffy this secret place and said this was her hideout and since she is free now, she does not have to come here anymore and tell Luffy that he is free to do anything he wants to this place. They trained there for 1 week. Once Luffy is as skillful with CoC coating as Yamato, Yamato decides that he can leave Luffy to practise on his own now. As Yamato is leaving, We can have a panel of luffy facing huge mountains. The next time we see luffy, a couple of days has passed, the mountains have been razed and the landscape completely changed. Luffy said " This is it! I have finally mastered it ! I will be able to provide more protection to my Nakama." in a confident way. We get to see luffy's hands which are bloody from the training, but Luffy is happy with a huge smile. He picks his stuffs and says, " it is time to return to the flower capital."
The newspapers are brought by law during their last day in Wano. Luffy received a 3 billion bounty and the title of emperor while Law and Kidd received a slightly lower bounty than luffy. Law -> 2.6 billion and kid -> 2.7 billion. We also got news of the new organization of buggy, crocodile and Mihawk with the same bounty given to them in the original story. Here buggy is given a new title and is referred to as the lord of the underworld or something. We could still have the same story with Buggy having to return money to crocodile. We get some reactions from the other emperors. Big mom, after returning to Whole Cake island and chasing the BB pirates, is shocked that Kaido was defeated by these brats. The damages caused mostly by BB pirates forces BM to stay quiet for now as most of her territory is gone and she has lost countless ships. ( this shows how terrifying BB pirates can be.) The councils of BM pirates tell her that it will take years to recover from the damage done. Katakuri was able to protect Whole cake island, but he has been severely wounded as he has to fight the germa 66 and the BB pirates back-to-back as BM was absent. BM acknowledged Katakuri again and decided to forgive him for his defeat against Luffy. BM is furious about these brats (kid, luffy, shanks and Teach) who just come and do as they please. She was careless and underestimated them. After she is done with her territory and everything is back to normal, she swears to make them all pay. Then we have Blackbeard himself who is on his way to Amazon Lily while fighting Marines. BB laughs and declares that Luffy is now in the game too, he also thanks Luffy for distracting this monster that is BM. Shanks smiles as usual. Akainu is angry that Luffy is having his way and is frustrated that he cannot touch Wano right now. Marco says his goodbye to Luffy and flies away. The strawhats leaves wano to reach the next island. The story proceeds as usual and they say their goodbye to wano.
