Speculations Something doesn't fit if Bonney is a child

21 / 22 years ago few months after the Ohara incident we see Dragon Ivankov and Kuma create the Revolutionary army, Kuma is 25 and has bear ears implying he already ate his devil fruit

In a single image flashback we see Kuma holding child Bonney without the bear ears so we know it happened before creating the revo, if Bonney is really 24 she could be 2-3 years old so it can fit

But if Bonney is any younger than that then this flashback is impossible, she has to be at least 24, older is fine. If I'm being honest she doesn't look baby enough to be 2 or 3 here... and did Kuma really eat his devil fruit just months before joining the revo? I think even 24 is too young, Bonney has to be some kind of clone or maybe there are some fake memory shenanigans somewhere.

Or she is truly 24 or older and Vegapunk and Saturn are just being weird...? Nah

Yeah I know she does look super small but Kuma is massive and if she is around like 5 years old here it still fits the timeline, it was probably some time after creating the Revos.

An eighty year old can consider a thirty year old a mere child because relative to themselves they may as well be.
