Impeachment is like being charged by the prosecution (which in this case is the House) and then a trial is gonna be held in the Senate, with the 100 Senators serving as jury, the Supreme Justice serving as Jury. Trump can nominate his own defenders, which most likely will be the White House lawyers, and Pelosi needs to nominate the prosecutors, so called managers.
Like Cinera said, you need a two third majority, meaning 67 votes, to remove Trump, a normal majority might lead to Trump not being able to run, which is what i think the Democrats are aiming for, and also the reason why they are currently waiting.
The Speaker of the House needs to send the articles of Impeachment to the Senate, only then the trial can actually begin.
But there is no time limit to when she has to do it, and i think she will wait a few months and will start the trial when the democratic candidate is actually chosen.

Iranians have been complying with international rules and were expecting an easing of sanctions. But Trump decides to tear the deal because 'lol obama'...
Meanwhile, NK gets away with nonsense and Trump gives them leeway. The difference is NK has nukes, Iran doesn't.
Don't think there'll be any sort of major war, there'll be heightened tensions sure. But the Iranians are far more pragmatic then people give them credit for. They know they have no chance in hell vs the US, even if they had a nukes.
But seeing the NK regime get away with things and thinking they have nothing left to lose anyway since for all intents and purposes the US is treating them as if they broke the non-nuclear deal when they hadn't, why not just go ahead and get the nukes anyway.
At least it makes it harder for them to get bullied by the U.S which has them surounded on all sides by bases, egged on by the Saudis and Israel.

Firstly, it has been revealed that Boris apparently knew nothing about all of this and even Dominic Raab, the Secretary of State, has called for all sides to calm down. This shows that they are not interested in escalations in the Middle East and are wary of Trump’s erratic decisions.
Secondly and more importantly, the UK government is currently dealing with Brexit negotiations right now. Boris and his cabinet need to handle Brexit carefully lest they allow the arse to fall through on Pound Stirling, destroy the economy and make the Conservative Party detested for generations. Going into a war right now is far too risky for the precarious British economy and whatever domestic policy plans that the Tories plan on implementing.
Thirdly, the British public are war weary. Personnel numbers for the Army have fallen for the ninth consecutive year in a row and the current army recruitment adverts smack of outright desperation. The Conservatives have just secured a solid popular vote, they are unlikely to want to get on the electorate’s nerves by leaping into another armed conflict.

To be fair this gives leeway for turkey and Russia to ally with Iran in near future. Any move from iran to attack US will only cause reason for US to put more sanction . Legal fight is only way claims of soleman scheming to attack americans needs more proof .
